Slow to unresponsive customer service.
Looks like you have to write a poor Trustpilot review to get any attention from their CS team, which is a shame. They claim a 'less than one business day' turnaround on email, which has proven patently untrue, and don't even provide a phone number for recourse. I would avoid!

BAD Service & Con Artists, Stay Away From Them!
Terrible Service & Con Artists, they offered me a promo, use their service for X amount to receive a free gift card.(NO STARS)After doing so, they added a hidden clause. Now they will not give me the "free" gift card. Such bad company. Ban them, so they will go bankrupt. They should not be in business!! Stay away from them, they are corrupt! Shut them down!!

Wasted a week trying to use their…
Wasted a week trying to use their service. They Asked for documentation, we provided documents they requested. They asked for more and we supplied more. After 4 days they stated they cannot do the payment transfer. Wasted 4 days and yeah we get our money back 3-5 days. So 7-9 days wasted and waiting for a refund. Use with caution.

My vendor sends a statement which offers Plastiq as a payment option. It would be nicer if I could pay directly by credit card.
Fees are extremely high
