I made 3 payments to the CRA and…
I made 3 payments to the CRA and somehow when sending them they ended up with the wrong information and when I called to see if I could have them look into where my payments went or to have the information corrected, they gave me no option and guided me to call the CRA and see if they were received. I again asked them to look on their end to see if they were received because i don't believe ii is up to the CRA to tell me if they were received or not and they wont be able to correct the mistakes. They again differed me to call the CRA. I just want my payments canceled so I can get the right information on the payments and get them sent off. Horrible service and can't talk to someone over the phone, no option for that either. I just want straight up answers, not computer generated talk or emails, just get to the source of the problem and get it fixed. Horrible Horrible experience and not good help.

I would like to thank the customer service department for helping solve a problem with me making a mistake with an address for paying my mortgage. The address changed and l forgot to change it in the Plastiq portal. Plastiq refunded the funds back to my Mastercard.

We selected Plastiq, as we did last year, to pay our last-minute taxes to the CRA. This was done in a timely manner with no problems. Plastiq sent us emails every step of the way and gave us peace of mind that the amounts owed were paid by the due date.

Immediately withdraw the money, that is correct, but take a long time (almost a week) to deposit it to the final destination. It is not a great solution when you are in a hurry. But it is the only way that the school gets the tuition money.

Still clunky to use and navigate through the payment process. Doesn't link well with my accounts
Slower than the Pony Express and no customer service.
It is unbelievable how slow the wire transfers are. Whereas a bank will do a wire transfer in hours, I've been waiting over three days, when it was guaranteed for one business day. It's almost end of day by the absolute last day they said it would be and I don't even have an update. The worst part is there is no number to call (there is but it is not monitored and it just says to go to the site) and no human on live chat (it just directs you to the FAQ). There is an email but there is no guarantee they will read it or respond to it, and even if they did, it's just as slow. When I'm transferring money for a deadline, I want to talk to someone, GODDAMNIT. I've now missed the deadline on buying my property for Friday and have to wait til Monday which means lots of fees I will have to eat and it makes me look extremely bad to the real estate company.
I would never use Plastiq again if you paid me.
