NOT HAPPY

At this moment not very happy with Plastiq. I have tried to reach out several times regarding my payroll and all I get is a generic email. NOT very customer service. The previous month my company missed out on credit card rewards do to a very Lame (for lack of another word) excuse that it was the credit card company's fault. Regardless, again I reached out and all I got was a generic email. It would be GREAT to actually reach out and speak to a human and not get a generic email. So NO, I am not happy with Plastiq.

Don't know why you changed your web…

Don't know why you changed your web site, but it is much harder to use. I tried to copy my payment to a pdf and then the screen went backwards in the screens and I wasn't sure if I had paid twice and found the whole experience quite disturbing. You should have a button that could be pushed to generate a paid receipt
