They just don't want to pay and support does not care

I am writing to address the issue regarding the withholding of my rightful winnings from Platincasino. My account was recently suspended, and I was informed that this was due to a "business decision." However, no clear explanation or justification for this action has been provided.

As a legitimate customer, I am entitled to receive the winnings I earned while playing on your platform. I am currently attempting to resolve this matter with the assistance of Casino Guru, but I want to give you the opportunity to address and resolve the issue directly.

If this matter remains unresolved and my winnings continue to be withheld, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the case to relevant authorities who handle disputes of this nature. I trust you understand the importance of acting in accordance with fair and transparent practices.

Update: I got my winnings from platincasino, so im changing the rating.

It’s so easy to deposit money and play and when it’s time to withdraw it’s also some documents missing and it takes for hours to get a message and they don’t have a contact number it’s exhausting dealing with them

Invested 20 euros got the 200% bonus, played the 20 euros in cash and won 140 euros. Very good!! Tried to withdraw the profit and the cost was to lose the bonus if I withdraw the cash I won. Had to cancel bonus to get the cash and to my surprise no problems sending documents. False advertising with the bonus but on the actual game play I can’t complain. Taking a profit on the first interaction but didn’t get what was advertised or offered from the licensed gambling establishment. So it’s a two out of five and it was close to being more but the fact the removed the bonus for my good fortune is just wrong being a gambling page.
Almost fair play could be better!!!

If I could vote a zero I would for sure. They never honoured any bonus’s and forget trying to get hold of them. No live chat and never respond to emails. Avoid this site at all costs please. It’s a complete scam.

I won a bonus of over €800 and this company didn’t pay out.
Stay clear. Customer Service is so bad.

could deposit money in 1 minute but when I was going to withdraw money it took 4 months for them to approve and I had already sent everything they wanted from me within a week.
when they paid me out, they wrote strange messages on the bank transfers so the bank now wants proof that I won money and I have emailed platin casino maybe 15 times and have not received a reply even once.

Legit Casino, really recommended.

Ok so I’m going for a 4 star review for now, this may change. I am worried though after reading others reviews. Opened an account yesterday after checking they were regulated by British Gambling commission. Deposited about £800 in total. Hit a nice run, including £2.5k slot win on £3 bets and got upto £4.9k. Intiatted withdrawal. I uploaded ID docs, proof of address, along with my payslip to confirm my wage (which seems a bit odd). Initially some of these were rejected, resent and they have now all been approved… so just waiting for my £4.9k to come through… only been a day, so as I said, will update

Update - Amended to 5 star. Payment into bank today. Whole process took less than 24hrs to get the cash into my account. I see a lot of people moaning about the docs, but I had no issue.

This site is really really good. Deposits, withdrawals, technical things, customer service everything works really well! I also want to mention that they will process even four figure withdrawals very quickly. If i have asked withdrawal last evening, it has been processed next morning. I have played more than 15 years and i have seen many casino/sportbook sites and i can assure you that platincasino.com is really trustable place to play! Many casino sites delays if you win but i have got even big withdrwals very quickly. Good job platincasino!

After playing more than i year (low wagering) with them, i suddenly would have needed to provide "source of funds" document AFTER i deposited again.
I spoke with Support, asked them to refund my deposit and close my account.
They closed my account, but did not refund my last 40£ i deposited.
After additional contact, the only sent standard replies (no name, no nothing) and referred to T&Cs
Shameful behaviour - Do not use, there are plenty of others.

THEY let me depoist £50 and then stopped me playing before i could start,(bear in mind iv been approved a few months back all been ok wen depoisted.) Now i need to send income proof ,so i sent it but its not right format i tried loads of formats nomord to try pdf etc still no good ,so i said please close my account and give me back my £50 i have depoisted ,so they closed my account but not the money.
Now just asking for bankcard details,then bank statement then income,and when i send its not good enough .
Im not sure why these sites get to stay open there conning people and its unfair .
im now opening a case to try and get my own £50 back that i put on .
