Won some decent money and went to withdraw and just going through the verification things but worries after reading some reviews on here but will give update on if things dont go smoothly and if you dont see an update then things went very smoothly

Same issues as others you cant withdraw anything as withdrawals are against their T&C. You have to spend your whole deposit, so you can only withdraw on winnings. Had several panic attacks over this. Also, now they have informed me they have closed my account. They keep claiming to be a "responsible operator" but this is completely irresponsible! To treat their customers like this, to withhold withdrawals due to some "T&C" that isn't clear, and then to just close down accounts!!

Same other users , don’t adhere to own service levels and pretty much impossible to verify account and withdraw

To update I would seriously advise people to avoid this casino , quite literally impossible to verify account and do not respond to emails , to think the UKGC grant licences to this shower

Deposited £200 and withdrew £1,200 the same day. They asked me to provide evidence of my ID, address and bank account which I did but they then emailed me a week later saying my winnings had been confiscated and account closed as they believe the photo of my debit card was fraudulent. This was because I couldn't provide a photo of me holding the card next to my face as I no longer had it. However, I also provided them with a bank statement showing the initial deposit which clearly proves the account is mine!
They will do anything not to pay you your winnings and are very rude over email! Would definitely not use and will be sticking to more trustworthy casinos like Grosvenor, Admiral and Mr Vegas.

I have a pending withdrawal and was asked for my verification details which i had no problem with. I sent them everything and after a couple being rejected i finally got everything verified. Now they are asking for details of an old bank card that was lost . I have explained it was lost and they have my new card details plus my paypal details which is what i use for deposits but they are insisting on a picture of a card i no longer have , and all the time they are refusing to pay the money i won. Absolute disgrace and if i ever get my money i wont be using them again.

Awesome Experience ++ was put off by the reviews by I needn't have worried, Deposited £23.00 which was spare, I received £50.00 bonus which I did not need to use as I won a fair amount with my cash balance, I won £250.00 on 7s and £270.00 on Mystic Wheel as well as hells kitchen, I decided to cash out £300 and had £170.00 to play with, I forfeited my bonus funds. TBH I was dubious that I would get my withdrawal due to feedback so I carelessly played through remaining plus further winnings, I wish now I had banked it all. Sunday rec email asking for copy of bank card and letter with address, easily uploaded on to my account. Monday morning £300 in my account..

Diabolical site. Will happily take your money, then make you jump through every hoop imaginable to withdraw it. They recently took £500 from me then decided to block my account until I produced bank statements, tax returns, picture of my debit card, proof off address and proof of identity. How is it allowed that they can legally take your money then tell you that you can’t do anything unless you produce all of these things???!!!! This isn’t a bitter review like so many others. Gambling is win some lose some but this should NEVER be legal. Avoid this casino at all costs!!!

Really good casino. I have been a member for a few months and I was a bit sceptical about this site at 1st becuase of the reviews, so normally I have a issue with sites when it comes to withdrawaling even a little amount but this site no problems within 6hours it was in my bank and that was though the night

If anyone is having a issue with withdrawing send a email to them they do email back. Most of the time it is because they player hasn't verified there account. Once verified you will not have a issue unless they ask for proof of earnings then you just send more documents in.

Down fall is that when I joined I used to get offers but now I don't get any.
