I've had several items from Playful Promises and all are utterly gorgeous! They fit true to size and are made very well. So nice to find such sexy lingerie in larger sizes aswell. Be warned larger sizes go very quickly so if you see something grab it!

Am a 14G- whilst the cups run large, for a fuller boob, they designed for fun . And pretty fun they are. Washes well. Pleased my crowd. So all good but remember
Sizing runs a bit large.

Shipping is Way too slow. Use fedex or ups or something else but it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten the items

It great to find things for my wife . Very nice looking lingerie . Here is my down side . Tracking the order leaves a little to be desired. Placed the order almost two weeks ago . So far it has not arrived. The tracking information is 4 days behind.

Gorgeous, quality-made bras and underwear. I'm addicted to Playful Promises bras especially.

With the exception of one of the items I am pleased with the order. One of the items was delivered in a plain opened plastic bag. I have concerned that it has been soiled and would like it to be returned and replaced.

It took ages for my order to be confirmed and then when it arrived I was refunded one of the items which in reality means I didn’t just want the knickers and suspenders. I am guessing in the time between ordering and sorting it out the product then went out of stock.

It took far too long for PP to sort this on this occasion.

All in all, a very good experience. You cater for the bigger ladies who feel good in sexy underwear. I loved the range that you have. My purchases came very quickly. Although £42 for a bra & £20 for matching knickers is a treat more than every day wear. I would definely use you again when a sale is on. One tiny downside is that I purchased the bra & knickers for £30 over black Friday & the next day they were reduced again. Very frustrating!
