When I made my first order, they quickly provided a valid code. Unfortunately, I specified the incorrect country and PlayStation is picky about that. I figured I'd take a chance and beg the site for a refund. They immediately refunded my money to my credit card no questions asked and no hassles. So when I purchased the right country code I naturally used them again. Again, a code was provided immediately and it worked. What more could you ask for.

They only wish to take your money and throw your problem in the trash. You get one refund for your entire life and they call it something stupid like the good graces plan ha ha. Well as we all know your account can become compromised, glitches happen, and much much more. So even if someone steals your console and buys everything under the sun they are willing to refund you one purchase lol dumbest thing I've ever heard. Then they also are only able to refund the money to your PSN wallet so you never really get your money back anyways. Best solution is to never buy their crap if I could go back in time I would never buy anything playstation ever ever ever.

Trabajo fuera de España. Me obligan a enviar fotografías de datos personales (en mi caso el pasaporte). Quieren que deshabilite la configuración de red de la empresa por la que trabajo (la cual es imposible ya que es una gran empresa). Les envio 2 maneras diferentes de comprobar quien soy y donde trabajo, no lo ven claro y cancelan el cobro. pero ya me han cobrado un producto que no me envían y me dicen que me van a devolver el dinero en un plazo de 5 dias mientras que me han cobrado en un plazo de 5 segundos. ES INACCEPTABLE si te cogen el dinero tienen que darte el servicio sino, que no te lo cojan hasta que hayan verificado la cuenta. NUNCA MAS!

Ohhh y me olvidaba.... no me aseguran la eliminación de mis datos personales.

Estoy pensando en presentar acciones legales contra ellos.

I work ouside of my country (spain). They force me to send pictures from my personal data (Passport in this case). On top of that, they request to disable the proxy settings to verify my IP (I work in a big company and I don't have neither the autoritzation and of course for security reasons I cannot disable this configuration). I send them 2 different ways to check who I am, however they decide to rollback the payment, which is acceptable, however they go very fast to take your money and now I need to wait up to 5 days to receive it back while to take the money they didn't spend more than 5 seconds . On a sumary, they get my money for a service and then... well, you know, we will return it back, maybe.... This is unacceptable, either they take your money and give the service or don't take the money until further verifications. NEVER MORE!

Ohhh and I almost forget... they do not assure me that they will delete my personal data.

Thinking to present legal actions agains them.

Extremely useful service because I lived in italy for a long time so i had bought my ps4 ps3 from there so it became awkward when i moved back to the uk because to continue my playstation plus subscription it felt like i had to spend extra due to the rates etc...

but with this service i am able to pick the location of the playstation plus service so picked italy but yet i was able to pay directly in £ without converting or bad rates etc...

thats why this service is fantastic for people who maybe bought ps4 from a different country to where they are living now
because i am able to save between £5 to 10
price can change on occassion but its still the best option for me

got the code straight away and was able to apply it within a few minutes after paying simply amazing
