Left my toaster on whilst playing and burnt my toast. But everything else is good.

I am a big gamer I have over 200 games and about 20-25 of the free games on ps plus I already have very disappointed in the content as should offer 4 games and each individual should have a choice of two game I just spent 40 euro last week on cities Skylines and now the next month coming it's free?

Ps Plus may 2020 games are an absolute disappointment it's basically a cheap knock off of Sim City and an even worse farming game are you for f***ing for real I feel completely let down as a playstation customer and wonder why XBOX has 100% better choice of games each month

Quality games console which was a staple of my childhood growing up. Reliable machines and good online gaming.

never ever us PS4 online service with your card details, if you ever count one mistake you have done in life its putting your card details and Playstation can take all your money and they will never give it back.

Brilliant! Use this all the time

When you make a one time purchase of "PS plus" (for your kids to play online) with your credit card, it will be automatically renewed, there might be an option "somewhere", to uncheck but I didn't see it as I was not looking for it...(even if you remove your credit card information from sony). The way to go is to buy a ps plus gift card, then they can't do it. It's legal, written in the fine prints, but stupid as I will do everything I can to spread my experience.
You want a refund? well, maybe but not to your credit card, it will go to your ps wallet to buy something else from them. They are already in trouble in UK. Typical corporation "grab the money" policy...

I hate having a pay wall to play certain games. Though PS plus is a pretty good subscription service. There should be tiers like a free one to play like 4 hours or much cheaper one to just play games, and a paid one for the benefits.

Playstation plus is excellent, the free games they offer and discounts are a great addition, sometimes there are glitches with upgrades but gaming online is good and most connection issues are down to local network, only real issue is when a particular game comes out, they don't seem to be prepared

PlayStation Plus is a brilliant way to save money and very a variety of games and other content for VIP customers! For a yearly cost, you cant go wrong with it!

Sony has really helped me with this one. I renew my subscription every year! It is faster and easier than getting to the store. The prices are a lot better + these last few months the free games are getting better!!! I recommend it to anyone having a PS4!!!
