It is a scam
Joined as a pro. They claim that you get back your credits spent to buy leads if customers do not reply or not happy with your quotes. It is a lie and scam. I have sent low price quotes and high price quotes for similar customer inquiries. Did not get any replies from customers and did not get my credits back. I have contacted support weeks back but didn't get any answer. I think they make up jobs to lure you to join and then rip you off your money. Stay away!!!

Well what to say ,went through plentific to get a prepurchase survey ,the "pro" as they call them never turned up for the job ,when I contacted plentific through email for a refund as I paid the deposit requested no one contacted me back after more than 2 weeks and off course no refund ,so only I can think off is a scam company ,when checked bank account it says Luxembourg / France so not even UK based lol ,so please follow my advice AVOID AVOID.......
