So obvious its an accident car. I called him, he said we shld meet at court. Very heartless human being.

Do not purchase a car from this garage. They are very unresponsive to calls, messages and emails. A car I bought four months ago has had numerous faults such as a door lock that did not work (car should not have been sold) that I had no way of knowing about until my battery died. They fixed the lock after two weeks unable to use my car however the passenger handle fell off a day later. The car has now developed a strange noise and the garage is refusing to engage in any conversation about this. I'm within my rights to ask for a partial refund at least or a replacement yet have not had any response regarding this. Please do not buy from this garage you will be scammed.
I brought a car of them back in March 2023. Got told by them it had a service, vehicle is in good condition, on their advertisement they said the car had an inspection, good car drives well. Under 3 months the I had to spend over £500 for repairs which they should have done before selling the car, the car was in dangerous condition when I brought it. I am not a Machanic and I wouldn’t have spotted that at the time of buying.
They advertise the vehicle on autotrader with false information.
