I have raise a service request
I have raise a service request. I cannot get the licence to be accepted by Pluggin Alliance. I am sure that all will be well in the end, and I have temporarily downloaded a trial version of B-15-N from PA. The product is good, but the complexity of the download and licencing has even foxed my brother who is an IT specialist for the VAT office.

Hopeless.
The system for buying and using a plug-in was unnessecarily long, confusing, and based on a licensing system that won't work for me. I bought a plug-in as a "guest" buyer but when I tried to use it I was asked for a licence number. To get this I had to set up an account with the company. When I did so I found out that to get the licence I jad to repurchase the software as an account holder. I have receipts from PayPal and and Mastercard for both payments. My account only shows one of these. Their customer services response was a formula message saying the department only reponded to high priority issues over the weekend which they clearly didn't consider my puirchse to be. I still don't have my licence and cannot use the software for which I have (stupidly) paid double but for which my account have no record. I sent copies of the payment confirmations but still have had no response.
