THEY DID HORRIBLE. AFTER DOWNLOADING THE SOUND PACKS I COULD NOT IMPORT THE SOUND PACKS TO PIGMENTS. I EXTRACTED THE SOUND PACKS BUT THEY WOULD NOT EXTRACT AND THE FOLDERS WERE EMPTY. CONTACTING SUPPORT IS GOING TO BE A HUGE HASSLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN AND I AM NOT JOKING. I AM STILL UNDESIDED WHETHER I WILL NOT BUY FROM PULSE ANYMORE AND IF IT IS A PLUGIN BOUTIQUE COMPANY, I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE LOW RATINGS UNTIL THEY FIX THE ISSUE.

I purchased the Virtual CZ on sale for Easter. They also threw in a free effects plug-in that sounds good which was a nice bonus. The Virtual CZ sounds great and after I got the serial number it was easy to unlock inside my DAW. I finally have a go to synth for that 80s and 90s sound.
