I bought a plugin that is fantastic value. I then found it really confusing and fiddly to get the activation done but very happy with the plugin overall.

This is the only place that has deals of up to 90% off, and sometimes more! There's other places that claim to have plugins/VSTs at a low price, and they are either only about 5% off the retail price, or they aren't the original product; instead, trying to sell you a cheaper imitation or worse, scam you out of your money. Plugin Boutique is ALWAYS true to their word of having low prices and deliver a legit product, every single time. Now, I'm not saying that every plugin/VST you have ever wanted is always on sale, since the deals rotate. But when a plugin/VST you've wanted is in the rotation, that's your chance to jump on it and purchase it at over 80% off! I got Amplitube 5 for $29.99!! That's less than the cost directly from IK Multimedia, even with the current sale they have going on. THAT'S INSANE!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Plugin Boutique.

I attempted to purchase **AAS Lounge Lizard EP-5**, and during checkout the page froze before it fully loaded. Despite that, **€101.48 was still taken from my bank account as a pending payment**.

Since then:

* I have **not received the product**
* I have **not received an order confirmation email**
* the purchase does **not appear in my Plugin Boutique account**
* my **Orders** page is empty
* and despite submitting **multiple support tickets**, I have still **not received a response**

This has been extremely frustrating. From my point of view, money was taken, no product was delivered, no order was created in my account, and support has not replied to resolve it.

The most disappointing part is not just the failed checkout itself, but the lack of customer support afterwards. If a payment issue happens, customers should not be left chasing replies while their money is tied up and they are left with nothing to show for it.

I needed this software urgently and could not afford to risk purchasing it a second time while the original payment was still pending. Being left in that position, with no response to my tickets, is unacceptable.

I hope Plugin Boutique resolves this quickly, but based on this experience I cannot say I am happy with either the checkout process or the customer service.

The download process was far more complicated than need be. Customer service was nowhere to be heard from, the product parent company was challenging to work with and in the end the sound quality was disappointing.
