Excellent service. fast and effcient.

Very quick service with reasonably priced items.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! COWBOYS LOOSE!!!

I order two sets of taps (same ones) for my bathrooms, I was careful to ensure that I ordered the correct ones and read the descriptions very carefully.
When fitted the flow was incredibly poor (far worse than my old taps), when I spoke to the manufacturer they told me they were for pressurised system and not an open system which I have. I contacted them to discuss the description and how we could resolve and was told "the website does not tell them they can't be fitted on your roof so it's your fault and you have ordered them incorrectly" when I asked how I would be able to make the right choice using the website they refused to answer the question.
They are not interested in trying to resolve this in any way - DO NOT TRUST THE DESCRIPTIONS ON THE WEBSITE

ALSO - they buy via a 3rd party and send on another tell tale sign of COWBOYS!!!!

REPLY - I have sought legal advice on this matter and your taps fall under the the area of "the goods are no affirmed until fitted" as you cannot test that they work until fitted, as such you are still responsible - had you wanted to you could have spoken to me to resolve and you chose not to

It was speedy service and even through we had to pick up ourselves due to having to sign for it

Ordered one day arrived next day super service plumber came installed now working fine

Toilet arrived without cistern that was originally part of the package, this was of course a negative however I spoke to Lee who agreed that although the site had changed, my order stated that I'd receive one so he sent it out very quickly without argument. All other items arrived quickly and in good condition with a telephone confirmation relating to each one. All in all efficient, great service with very reasonable cost.

Ordered the nuance Pack B, delivery came short of the 1600mm panel and 1 x Adhesive. Tried calling the Plumb Warehouse on a Saturday between 9 and 1 to sort out the error but after approximately 80 calls and getting no reply we gave up. Phoned on the Monday, explained the situation and expected 1 x Board and 3 x Adhesive on the Tuesday. Again the delivery came short of 1 Adhesive. Not good, poor customer service and don#t even bother trying to contact them by phone on a Saturday!

very prompt, very accurate info to queries, very polite, very prompt delivery of goods.

Ordered bath panel told it wasn’t in stock, then we were given a deliever date waited in all day no show after which we were given 2 new delivery dates still no show. Tried to get a refund today and he’s saying he can’t return it to the card which is just rubbish

Helpful staff who were prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails. Product arrived quickly (although not the next day as advised). Cheapest price I could find.

Excellent experience in dealing with Plumb Warehouse.This was the first time i had dealt with this company.I bought a water softener.
Their price was the most competitive, delivery was prompt and the after sales call to book a free commissioning visit by their engineer was handled very promptly and efficiently.
I highly recommend Plumb Warehouse.

Good service but tracking order online didnt work properly.

Bathroom furniture and basin were delivered quickly. Unfortunately when the basin came to be fitted it was distorted. Lee quickly resolved the problem and a another was delivered the next day. Thank you.
