I phoned to ask about bath taps and was dealt with in a very pleasant efficient way. I ordered the product online, it arrived within a few days and was well packaged to protect against damage. The service was excellent and I would have no hesitation about using Plumb warehouse again.

There was a problem with the delivery of my order. I was phoned by Plumb Warehouse to arrange the date for delivery and that was all set up. I was phoned again on the day before the planned delivery date to say that my package had been "mis-directed" (I think) and would not be able to be delivered as agreed. I arranged another delivery date and my package came on that date. It was a bit of a pain but the company did keep me fully informed of what was happening.

Good range of products at reasonable prices, though the next day delivery turned out to be 4 working days. However, this was, I suspect, the fault of the courier rather than Plumb Warehouse, and wouldn't put me off using them again.
