I went with Plumbgen after I was messed about by other plumbers. Genuinely wish I would have went to this business first!

I had an unfortunate issue with my downstairs bathroom smelling like something had died from under my shower unit and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly.

Both issues resolved within a few hours and the smell hasn't returned, thankfully! I highly recommend Plumbgen as you're regular plumber, you won't be disappointed in the results and the price! They are very accommodating and very clean! Which is lovely to see.

I recently had a new shower and shower cubicle fitted by this plumber, Tommy from PlumbGen, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial consultation through to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was happy with every detail of the plans before starting the work.

The installation itself was done to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was finished on schedule. It’s clear they take real pride in their work.

The new shower looks fantastic and works perfectly — a huge improvement on what I had before. I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be using them again for future jobs.

Ive used Tommy a few times over the past 12 months and couldn't be happier with him and his work. Always polite, punctual, full of helpful hints and ideas, and his work is excellent. Im just gutted I didnt know about him before my full (and rather poor) bathroom refurb :( Last year he was our plumber for a rear extension on our home, he has also removed and re-routed central heating pipework and radiators, installed outside taps, worked out clever ways to bypass obstacles, fitted toilets. The list is quite extensive. Give him a try, you wont be disappointed.

I had PlumbGen replace two double radiators in the lounge. The plumber was on time, efficient, courteous & no mess at all.

Had a small leak develop on a pipe that connects to a radiator.
Contacted PlumbGen, and was immediately contacted by Tommy.
On the day of his arrival, he’d messaged to let us know he would be ten minutes to arrival.
Really impressed, placed covers on his boots prior to entering the house.
Quickly resolved the leaking pipe. Friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.
