Radiators arrived damaged with dents on the side panels that had been bent and dislodged, ripping out the retaining screws.
They showed no interest of concern in the damage caused in transit or how this would be sorted out

Evri are the courier, who seem unable to grasp that businesses don't receive deliveries between 1900-2100!

Over a week waiting for a very small order that is supposed to be "on its way" and no response to email.

Website was easy to navigate and order goods, delivery was a little slower than would of liked but was in xmas period so probably effected this.
Update for delivery was a little confusing as items were split for delivery and didn’t say what was actually on delivery but I did receive a phone call to arrange delivery of larger item, I think this would of normally happened earlier if I hadn’t ordered at time of year but on Whole I would definitely use company again, overall very happy with purchase.

Sourced 5 x radiators including 300 x 3000mm shown as in stock on line, called to confirm delivery arrangements, later to find 300 x3000 wasn’t in stock but would now have to wait 8-10 weeks for it.

Customer service was very good and apologetic for delay, but gave 3 stars instead of 5 for the delay, as it has pushed my project back two months.

He was very kind and went out of his way to find my address when I hadn't put the street name on my order. very good
