I highly recommend Plumbing Care Services and won’t go anywhere else now. Emma and Ellen, who I’ve dealt with over the phone, provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to help meet customers needs. The engineers are professional and efficient. Overall I feel the whole team is very trust worthy and reliable.

My boiler sprang a leak a few days before I was booked in for major surgery. I was let down by one local plumber, but PCS came out and sorted things out at a very reasonable cost. The plumber was VERY knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. I would definitely use again!

A new boiler fitted 6 months ago is functioning perfectly, a new thermostat was fitted a couple of days ago replacing the original which was giving trouble after 46 years, just four years older than plumber Paul. All the work has been carried out efficiently with no mess left and at a good price. Many thanks.

Engineer was on time and got on with the job. Friendly, considerate and tidy.
Unfortunately the receiver for the thermostat was wired incorrectly so a return visit was required.
Happy to use plumbing care again in fact they will be continuing with the annual boiler service!

I would not recommend this company.

My Auntie had her boiler serviced 3rd Feb 21. Since then she has had no heating. She has rang the company several times just to be told an engineer will be sent out when one becomes available.

It is the middle of winter, my Auntie is in her 70's, lives on her own and has now had no heating for 5 days!

Very pleased with the quick and professional service to fix my boiler.

We have a specialised heating system so we were apprehensive that we would find a good plumber that would be able to help when we found ourselves without hot water. We needn’t have worried, from my initial call to Ellen and visit from engineer Paul, the service was exceptional. Paul even came back late one evening to fit the required part. The whole experience was friendly and professional and the cost was reasonable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great service from Plumbing Care Services. They responded really quickly when my electric water heater failed, gave me several options and advised me which was the best for my situation ... was wasn’t the most expensive one.
The actual work was done quickly and professionally by a very friendly technician.

Our 15 year old boiler broke on Friday evening. I emailed Paul and had a response at 11.30 that night. He phoned Saturday morning, visited later that day and provided a fixed price quote to replace the boiler. Work completed by Tuesday afternoon.

Our boiler had lost pressure and we had no hot water. I had phoned several companies and had been quoted £120 p/h + vat. I phoned plumbing care services hoping to get a better price. I spoke to Ellen who was absolutely fantastic and solved the issue over the phone. I will definitely be using plumbing care services again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. What amazing service, thank you so much, a total star!
