Amazing service from this company from initial contact to completion of job. I called them in to solve a problem with my elderly father's heating system. They moved furniture to access pipes and put everything back in place (not a plumbing job!). Informed us what they were doing every step of the way so my Dad was aware of what was going on. Care and consideration second to none from these heating engineers. Would recommend them without any hesitation.

We had been having problems with our heating for a number of years and after several visits from various central heating companies, we had not been able to resolve the problem with radiators not working. When Paul and his team of engineers came from Plumbing Care Services, they impressed us with their knowledge, dedication and determination to resolve the problem.

They have gone above and beyond with their time and issue finding, and as a result we now have central heating system that heats the whole house for the first time in many years. We are delighted with the service we received. The engineers were customer focused and extremely knowledgeable and determined to resolve the problem. We cannot recommend them highly enough if you need your system troubleshooting.

Paul the heating engineer came the same day, he was very knowledgeable but explained his findings in a way I could understand, and did the same by email. When the boiler couldn't be replaced for a few days, Paul came back late one evening to get the old boiler going again at no extra cost. Thanks

I was very pleased with Paul’s knowledge and detailed manner in which the problem was investigated. I was also particularly grateful that the organisation committed to their promise of completing the work before Xmas, which was clearly a very busy and stretched time for them. My downstairs is now warm again and I’ve tried a couple of plumbers over the last two or so years. It’s made a real difference to how we use our home and how comfortable we are as a family. Conscientious gas engineer serviced my boiler. Polite, showed ID without me having to ask, explained things well and answered my questions. Excellent customer service.

I have used Plumbing services on two occasions and both times have found them to be extremely polite and efficient in carrying out repairs/boiler servicing. They give a first class service and I would highly recommend them.

Paul at Plumbing Care Services has given excellent service. Originally, he came to deal with a shower pump that was faulty - he is knowledgeable and used his intelligence and logic to work through the problem. Since then he has come back to effect repairs and replace toilet siphons that were faulty and to service our boiler. We will be using his services in the future.

Provided an efficient and helpful response, the problem was fixed quickly. Excellent communication throughout and invoice issued very promptly as agreed. I was slightly concerned about being asked for upfront card details, but I do understand why this is done. I would recommend them!
