We had a Bosch boiler fitted and we are very pleased with the service. We received friendly staff and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately i had a very negative experience with this company. I used them to remove 2 and install 4 radiators, which I supplied. This took 8 hours, and they billed me almost £1000 for the days labour and about £50 worth of parts. When I queried the bill and complained it was excessive they did reduce it but I still paid over £500 for the day's work. They said that because of that there would be no warranty on their workmanship. Within 2 months I had a leak, which they did fix "as a courtesy" and now 2 months later the towel rail is coming off the wall and they are refusing to rectify. So i still paid over the odds and had a fail rate on 2 of the 4 installs. Not good enough. Only use if you don't mind paying over £80/hour for iffy workmanship

Michael, the engineer who serviced our boiler was very friendly and professional. He even identified an intermittent fault I had mentioned and fixed it on the day.

PCS provide a very professional, prompt, and competitive service. There work is very neat and tidy and there Customer Service is on a par with John Lewis. Highly recommended.

Very helpful service, quick and efficient

I had a very prompt call back from my initial online query, and the lady in the office answered all my queries, after getting in touch with one of the engineers. The job itself was carried out the following day, and I was given a two hour time slot as to when the engineer would arrive. He was a little late, but I did have a call to say that this was the case. The job itself (replacing a central heating controller) was done speedily and efficiently and the requested advice on replacing the system was thorough, with all questions answered.

This was the first company I contacted when my boiler broke and I didn’t need to go any further. Service from start to finish was brilliant. Got the job done very quickly and accommodated my appointment time. Ellen on the phone and engineer were very efficient and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Extremely fast response from the office, and the plumber was very polite and knowledgeable too. Overall very pleased.
