The plumber John was referred to me by a friend. Upon arrival after we spoke on the phone, he quickly diagnosed the leak problem with the bathtub. He sorted out the issue with ease and he was very polite.
He even changed some other pipes under the basin without me asking.
I wish all tradesmen were like John.

Installed a shower pump

This plumber is clearly dis-honest with his customers. He told me before the job that he would charge me £75. Then after the job, he turned around & demanded £88 from me. Therefore, he does not keep his word. He then refused to issue me with a receipt for the work. He also uses high pressure sales techniques and intimidating behaviour with his customers to get them to agree to do a job with him. Finally, he did a job which was poor & shoddy & third rate which left me feeling un-happy with his poor quality standard of work.

This is my good experience. This company is very friendly. All martials i got reasonable price.

We had a blocked sink which we couldn’t sort with chemicals from the store, we contacted John who was able to fix the issue within an hour. He had all tools needed for the job. We can now use our kitchen again thanks to John. Very grateful!!!

I have used In and Out on several occasions now and been very impressed. I won’t use anyone else now, and would happily recommend.

Reliable and friendly service. Also great standard of work and after care.

Our gas supply was cut. We called them for an emergency service and they said they would come in 30-60 min. They didn't. Called again, they said the would call back to give us an ETA. Never called back. Re-called, said a stupid excuse about a meeting or something (while we've been at 10° all morning), but assured us they would have called back immediately. Never called back. It's now past 13. 4 hours, nothing done.

Really helpful in finding a solution to the problem and after deciding to go ahead, the installation went smoothly. Honest, reliable, friendly and punctual.
Really happy with the service and will certainly be my point of call going forward.

I had a blockage in my sink and a bad smell coming from my bathroom. I called Plumbing in and out to mitigate the issue and they came out swiftly and repaired the problem instantly. The owner, John, was also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended to all for future plumbing work!

I could not believe it when the guy arrived stinking of cannabis! Do you not drug test your employees, especially as they drive your vans?? Won’t use this company again, the guy with dreadlocks was absolutely awful and was clearly high.
