An order was made through Amazon . Plumbing Supermarket used Evri as courier . I spent over 2 hours trying to track the missing delivery through Amazon and Evri with no one taking responsibility. Eventually the delivery was made but was left balanced on an outside gate in the snow 50 meters from our house . It was by chance I found it as no notification was sent that the delivery had been made . A most unsatisfactory and time consuming experience

Terrible company. Ordered paint brushes, never arrived. They said they are waiting for new stock to arrive so why sell them if they had no stock in.

I ordered a STOVAX STOVE FLUE PIPE THERMOMETER TEMPERATURE GAUGE from Plumbing Supermarket in Dec. 2020. It was defective so they agreed to a refund. I mailed it back to them using their return label back in February. No refund was issued. They claim they have not received it, their 'return' label instructions clearly indicate a "free prepaid returns service using Royal Mail" which it is NOT, also should the item I am returning have a value of more than £20 you recommend using a trackable return method - the value was NOT over £20! So I paid 1st class post to return their defective item, it is not my fault it has gone missing in the mail. If they had supplied a pre-paid label as their verbage says, then maybe this would have been resolved by now.

Ordered shower tray on 5 July, expecting delivery on 11. Nothing came. No contact made by the company. I had to chase up. Then they said will be delivered on 27 July. Again no delivery. No contact from business. I cancelled order and requested refund. Complete wastebof time.

This company are selling a 6-pack of ring culture pots for £15.71 each, but these can be bought in shops for £6.99 each. I am unsure how Plumbing Supermarket could arrive at such a price, and with all their add-ons, 2 of these 6-packs cost me over £36! Scandalous.

I WISH I'd read the reviews before buying. They are crooks. Misleading adverts, extortionate prices, poor service. AVOID!!

Made an order off Amazon, it was duely cancelled and reimbursed a few days later, no word from the company and no reply when emailed twice. Waste of time.

Ordered a water butt stand on e-bay, due in 1 week; 2 weeks later no item. Open e-bay case and no response. Telephoned and after being put on hold for 10 minutes promised another dispatch. 10 more days no item. Phoned again asking for refund and told I need to go through ebay. e-bay refunded immediately as no valid tracking. Later discovered telephone charge of over £4 for suppliers 0344 number. Swindlers!

I returned an item and, after waiting three weeks for a refund, I telephoned early one morning and spoke to a woman at the company. She at once asked whether I had proof of delivery and, when I said no, she immediately went on to say that my call was well-timed because the item had been received only that morning. Sceptical, I decided to look at the parcel tracking online and found that it had been delivered at 10.20 am eighteen days earlier. An unsettling experience and not one I wish to repeat.

Extremely poor service. Tried to return some adhesive to Plumbing Supermarket and they really didn't like it. I emailed them so many times with no reply. In the end I threatened to report them to Amazon.co.uk where I purchased the product and when they finally replied they were so rude and abrupt, with no apology. I returned my adhesive via Royal Mail's tracked service. The parcel showed as delivered but they refused to refund me as I didn't use a signed for service. In the end I had to report them to Amazon and it was Amazon that refunded me. I will certainly NOT be using Plumbing Supermarket again. I believe Plumbing Supermarket to be a very dishonest Yorkshire business, who is so tight fisted that they can't even handle a simple return. Please read all reviews before purchasing from Plumbing Supermarket and I would recommend that you stay well away!
