missing items

Excellent service

Very quick delivery with DHL bang on time. Mira shower as ordered. Easy to order, competitive price and quick delivery. Very happy.

No Collection alert , But Staff Were great

The Stockton branch is quite tucked away down a road that doesn’t really attract passing trade or casual visitors—I’m not sure if that’s intentional. I wasn’t even aware it existed, and in fact hadn’t heard of PlumNation before.

I don’t regularly purchase plumbing supplies, and on this occasion my order wasn’t even plumbing-related—it was a rechargeable screwdriver that PlumNation happened to offer at a very competitive price.

The order itself was accurate, but I didn’t receive any notification to confirm it had arrived and was ready for collection, as it wasn’t stocked at this branch.

That said, the staff at this location were extremely polite and professional, which made the collection process straightforward

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service, the product was out of stock there was no communication about when to expect it and when it arrived it was faulty. They were less than helpful regarding the faulty item just referred me to the manufacturer even though it was within the first month and they should have dealt with it. Will not buy from them again.
