Return policy is extremely strict
Credit where it's due - they shipped exactly what I ordered, in good time, and it arrived in great condition. However, owing to factors outside my control, my plumber wasn't able to install the water heater I'd ordered within the 30 day return window. When he arrived to install it, we discovered that the heater was not suitable for my flat. I called to see if they would accept a return out of their normal window given the circumstances, and was given a flat "no" as a response. Disappointing that they would not make any accommodation for a first time customer.
