I waited for a week for my boiler to…
I waited for a week for my boiler to arrive after paying for a quick delivery which would have been two days. I then ordered a flue which again, I needed quick but the attempted delivery went to the wrong address. I had to find one elsewhere. The only positive was that when I had shown that the attempted delivery was at an incorrect location, they did refund me immediately.

Ordered a time clock for my boiler on 'Next Day delivery', delivery actually took eight days, customer services were ok shame the first delivery company used were useless had to revert to Royal mail to get the job done.

Best price on the Internet, free shipping , great communications, was quoted ex stock but waited through weekend for a stock replenishment. In the end they got their supplier to ship direct to minimise delay that eventually comprised two working days
