Scam,please dont ever use this company. The overcharge you and then every time you call they say we ll call you back in 5mins and they never do

Avoid this company at all costs. Same as all other reviews which I wish I’d read beforehand. Emergency job. Paid 50% upfront. Job not completed. What work they did do was shoddy. Complained. Company then took full costs from my debit card. Have complained to trading standards. Fortunately, bank v helpful. Kept notes and detailed account of what happened & email trail. Was able to retrieve funds.

Too painful to write my experience with Plunger here but is in line with other reviews here. This is a scam company. Beware! They should be shut down.

They tried scamming us by making us they changed something and they have not changed and they don’t sent any receipt

I would rate this company 0 if i could. Avoid this company at all costs. Was charged nearly £500 to change a shower mixer. Plumber was rude and aggressive.

This company operates as a scam, they have taken advance payment of 1250 pounds for boiler installation which did not happen and are refusing to refund the funds. No service or goods were delivered whatsoever. Reporting them to police, HMRC, trading standards and have raised dispute via debit card provider. Avoid or lose your money.

Called them for a plumber to come out to look at a toilet that wasn't working. The guy looked at it and came back with what was wrong and how much it would cost. We are a business so I can't make any decisions without a formal quote in my hands. Am still waiting for the quote..... and the invoice for the call out which Scott keeps putting me on hold to get his manager and now I can't get through on the number. Good job they didn't send the quote as I would have agreed to it and probably would have been overcharged and the job not done properly. Wish I had read the reviews. And I agree with another review on here that I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Don't trust this company. I reported a partially blocked shower drain. The plumber arrived about 5 hours late with no call from the company or plumber to tell me there was a delay. He was armed with a plunger (which I had already tried) and after 5 minutes told me the only thing I could do was pay a 'discounted' fee of £250 for a full drain clear. He spent about 8 minutes with me and I was charged over £90. I called the company several times to find out where the plumber was and the person answering the phone continually hung up on me. I hired a different company the next day who arrived on time, cleared the drain in 30 minutes and didn't overcharge me. Don't waste your time or money.

Absolutely everything is wrong about this company. They have no competence, experience, professionalism or customer service! Just read all of the reviews! They should not be allowed to trade.

They are not as "professional" as they make out. There seems to be only 3 staff: Marsal, Scott and Silvie. They are extremely obnoxious and arrogant and have the audacity to hang up the phone as an easy way out! They cannot keep to their commitments to appointments. Do not use them!

I booked an expert to review and clean out the condense pipe. They stated on the phone that the cost would commence at £75.00. Anything above this cost would be discussed before they proceed any works. They didn't show up to the first appointment! We attempted again. This time - they commenced the before consulting and then called me demanding £389 over the phone!! I disagreed with their approach and stated that they were meant to call - I had categorically instructed to your booking staff. He criticized his own staff saying "what do they know" and threatened to "undo all of the work" (which was about a 20 minutes job!) The story didn't add up, as first he said the works was completed, then it had just started, then that he was half way through! Anything to get the payment! I stupidly paid, as my tenant needed hot water and heating. Wish I hadn't as they hadn't actually done the job!

The plunger in question (Marsal) made all of these (false) commitments that if the problem re-occurs, to simply call them and they will come back out to rectify.

A day later, the problem re-occurred and as he had not stayed around to check for long enough - the blockage was still there! Our engineer said that had he observed the water flow for more than 10 minutes, he would have realised this! But the tenant confirmed that he was out without minutes!

Two engineers have since re-confirmed that the pipe has not been properly cleaned! Appointments have been made FOUR times for Plunger to re-visit, all with no-shows! On the fourth appointment, Marsal called me directly and said "no-one is visiting you today! Whether you're happy about that or not!"

FIVE weeks later and attempts for FOUR appointments, we still don't have any hot water or heating due to this company.

Both their booking staff, Scott and Silvie have both hung up on me more than once. It's shocking that a company can treat their customers like this. After taking over £300 for a 20 minute job!

I even had to chase 3 times for an invoice for the payment. Anyway, lets see how they like hearing from our lawyers now, as it's about to get very messy for them!

Sadly had the same experience as other low star reviewers. I completed the contact form and a guy rang back almost immediately and made an appointment for a plumber to come out at a low rate. The”plumber” never turned up and after 5 calls I have not heard back.
I wish I had read the reviews.

had look online and the most expensive one for that model was £134.00 i was told that to replace was £465.00 plus vat
were i do property maintenance from 22 years and the part to replace was very easy to work on soo
he came look at it 8 min and i payed £94.50

Another person who is kicking myself for not reading the reviews before being pushed into paying a non-refundable deposit. Plumber came out for a leak which he said needed a cylinder replacement. Gave me a price and said a 50%deposit is needed to secure works asap. I was in a rush so went ahead. The next morning had time to look into it to see the quote was over priced and the company’s overall bad rating. I cancelled the order with 24 hours but they are refusing to refund my £1.7k. I will be fighting this through consumer rights. DO NOT USE !!!

The company is complete scam and thieves so no one should used them
I agreed a price to fixed a specific and more expensive boiler , they installed a cheaper version
The also use unqualified engineers and therefore high risk
They have not provided the documentation and invoice for my boiler installed 3 weeks ago

Booked appointment to fix the boiler for next day. they did not turn up after serval follow up guy replied that engineer got an accident which was total lie, and they stopped picking of phone so we could not fix the boiler !! DO NOT RELY on them.

Please guys not use them. Really really bad experience with their engineering and the customer service. Please don’t waist your money. They changed you without doing anything and ready to fight. It was really scary.

I fell victim to them too, but there is always room to correct instead of big fat lies… awful feelings!

Paid almost 300 pounds for their service to fix and repair boiler/shower. The repair was schedueld for a day one week after.

We called them mulitple times on the day they were scheduled to come and were told they will call us back to confirm timing. We never received a call back on the day or the next day. Eventually they stopped taking our calls so we can't even request a refund.

This is definitely a scheme that they are running. They will take your money and never call back.

Plumber arrived with a plunger, tried to unblock the toilet a few times, made a mess in the toilet. Then told us that they require machinery to fix the issue and it will cost £450 extra. Took £95 for "work" and then we had to argue with his handler via phone to get an email copy of receipt.
Went with another plumbing company, who arrived in 30 minutes and fixed the issue for just under £170.

Absolutely backwards business, I really recommend to stay away from them.
