Treating a BREAST CANCER sufferer deplorably.

you call them out, they send one plumber to look and tell you that you needs parts which you have to pay for upfront.. then they come round and tell you that parts did not work and you now need a new boiler.
Paid upfront for parts that were not used or left with us.

A different plumber came with a massive totally unacceptable boiler.
Which was not the one we agreed on and paid 1/2 for upfront.
Couldn’t shut the door and they asked if that would be ok.
And they seem surprised when you tell them that is not acceptable.

Left our boiler unusable and flooded the house.
Left me without the use of the toilet or any water.

Refused to refund the money.
After a lot of grief they refunded the money then immediately flagged it with the bank and took money back.

After a few calls they then hang up on you for any further calls then it seems like they block your number.
Had to use friends numbers to get through but once they realise it you they hang up.

The phone boy Scott will promise you he will send you receipts but ONLY SENDS YOU INVOICES with no price breakdown.

Don’t believe what you are told by this person
As a BREAST CANCER sufferer which plunger know about, I have enough to deal with.
This situation has made me so much more sicker.
As I still have no hot water.

I only wished I’d had checked 1st.

It's a Rip off. I wish I read previous review before booking plunger Ltd company. Its a rip off with all hidden charges.
Firstly, they reschedule my appointment by keeping me wait 3 hrs and later coming up with excuse previous job taking long time. So have to cancel and book another day.
Another day arrives which is today. Had horrible experience, rude staff (Ben) what office agreed and what he said totally opposite. Office told me to remove 2 manually drainage from property they will charge fix price £110+vat. Ben arrived he said he will charge for £110+vat for each wash basin seperate and kitchen separate. Totally rip off. He used pump and clear wash basin blockage in less than 2 min and charge me £110+vat. Didn't even look at my kitchen blockage.

Now, they will make u sacre that there is lime scale and will force u to use machine with hidden cost of £325+vat. He called office and I could hear from outside phone lady name silvi telling him "such a same he dosent want to use machine". I clearly understood they try to make free money from me. Which I refuse.
For less than 5 min job they charge me £110+vat.
If I would have use machine I would have paid £457 for less than 30 min work. I do not think even prime minister make that much money in 30 min.
So clearly avoid using them or someone need to complaint to higher authority so they can close this business who rip off poor hardworking families.
Update after I posted review: After I posted review 30 min later staff calls me from personal mobile number and trying to ask for justification for my review I wrote with a rough tone. Such an unprofessional company and untrained staff dose not know to deal with customer related issue.

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rougue plumbers and they came to fix my boiler and after a minute of inspection, the guy told me I need to replace the PCB and quoted £595+VAT. It was a brand new boiler only 2 years old and I had to call the manufacturer and they send an engineer and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes, seems it needed a fuse change at the plug socket. Plunger charged £95 for the diagnosis (which is asking me to replace the PCB for £595). I requested for a refund from Plunger as they cheated me with a wrong diagnosis and charged £95 for it. They stopped responding to me after more than months of chasing.

Avoid them they are scammers absolutely disgusting. They take your money lots of it and don’t fix the job😡

Boiler has broken down and this company says they would come over between 2-4 for an emergency repair. They never arrived and never contacted us, so we now have no hot water or heat during the cold snap.

Avoid at all costs. This company are ruthless scam artists and thiefs. I have reported them to Barclays bank fraud to get my money back. Literally use any other company than this one. They will screw you completely then block your number and email and whatsapp after taking your money. They won't provide a report or invoice etc they took hundreds of pounds from me to fix to valves on a boiler then as soon as i had paid because i wasn't on site never did the job literally took my money and walked then blocked me when I tried to contact them since. It's unbelievable.

Never use this company . They take your money as 50% deposit and they never turn up for work and block your telephone number when they see that you are asking the customer service where is the engineer. They lie to you that the engineer was robbed and they have called the police . Bunch of liars , be warned .......Never pay them anything in advance

Initial interaction while booking the job was pleasant. However, the engineer who visited the site was quite rude. The quote was extortionate. Quoted me for a change of boiler pump for over £800. I got that done for £370 with the original parts.

The true color of customer service was shown when I called to complain about the engineers' rudeness and overpriced quote. I was rudely interrupted, told that is the 'fixed' price and then the call was cut off.

Stay Clear of them!!!!

A young man came back and done some plumbing in my kitchen and bathrooms. So happy with my new taps. Good price too! Thanks again

They just are the masters of rip off. The engineers are trained to lie about faults to get a higher payment. Simple job and small part which cost just £5 and what could be done straight away was valued of £400.
They never will pay your money back if you cancel further repairs. Office people like Deborah Hall and regional manager Scott Hall are just a bunch of liars, they will promise to pay your money back but never will, they will terminate your calls and in the end they will block your telephone number.
PLUNGER Ltd and PLUMB FORCE DIRECT is very bad company and very bad people, never would advise somebody to use those companies which are runed by the same people for the fraud.

They came to check my tap that was leaking, said they need to change it and that they will be back the day after with a new tap.
They asked for 190 pound deposit for the new tap.
They never came back for doing the job.
We then asked for the deposit to be refunded and they ensured us that was done.
We never received any refund.
They even stopped answered our call probably recognising the phone number.
Stay away from this company.

Avoid at all cost! A plumber was supposed to come and they kept rescheduling it multiple times. At the end we asked for refund on our deposit payment (£190). We’ve never received the deposit back and they have now blocked my phone number! Will surely be reporting this company.

They rip people off. They actually broke our boiler more than it was! They said it was plate exchanger and they changed expansion vessel instead. I'm certain the so u call plumber tempered with the fan as well so now instead of not having just hot water we have nothing! No heating or hot water. His name is apparently Marcel but as we research him his real name is Erhan Sendur. He would not admit to his mistakes and became extremely abusive... The office people especially Scott are just bunch of liars. They have promised refund but as the days went nothing has been received. I hope karma will get you, you nasty thief's

Awful service and very difficult to get a hold of. I booked to have my shower bar replaced and they rescheduled 4 times and each time saying it was 'guaranteed' they'd be here. Total waste of my time and poor unacceptable excuses each time. And right at the end when I finally got someone to come, they insisted I pay double what was already agreed and when I complained, made it seem like it was such a big gesture of generosity that I was given the "Friends and family" discount. Do not book with them as they take their sweet time to waste your time and do not even call with an update, you have to keep chasing them.

Hire this company at your peril! For one shower head (not complete shower, just the head) and one bathroom mixer tap they charged us almost £1,200!!!!! When I looked up the price of these items, they were less than £200. I booked plunger but I wasn’t available when they called. My husband, not knowing what it was for paid over £500 as a deposit for the items. Naturally, when I realised what had happened I telephoned Plunger within the hour and cancelled the order and expressed my shock at the extraordinary indefensible charges for a shower head and one tap! I spoke to Scott whom I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to speak with nearly every day for the past two and a half weeks! Scott did say that the order was cancelled and that a refund would be in our account within 3 to 5 days. I have phoned continuously since the 5 days were up. Each time Scott promises to investigate and call me back. NOT ONCE has he called Back. Now, when I telephone, my number is recognised and he immediately hangs up! To say they are unprofessional is a term too flattering for this company. They are cowboys who are keeping our money and charge 4 times the actual price of the items. I will now have the inconvenience of having to take this matter to the small claims court as I don’t believe they have any intention of returning our money. They sound great to begin with but it’s all fake. BEWARE!!

Absolutely shocking company. Incredibly unprofessional. Was given a time frame on two separate occasions for 9am-11am. No plumber turned up until after 2pm on both occasions.
Plumbers were rude and unprofessional.
Paid £350+ VAT for them to investigate the problem.
Was left with no work done and a £2000+ quote for the work to be done. Got a second opinion and paid £125 for the work to be carried out properly.

Wow! So glad we found Plunger. Jim and his team helped us out tremendously. We recently began moving into a property that had plumbing that was around 80+ years old. We wanted to update the plumbing before we moved in, in order to not have any issues later on. Jim and his team were quick to offer their help and assistance. They were very detailed in their work, always making sure that attention was paid to every detail of the job. They were efficient and constantly kept me updated on everything, taking photos and videos of their work before and after. Their pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Jim and his team.

Reported limited pressure of hot water in mixer kitchen tap. Paid £132 for 5-10min viewing that taps are broken, quoted £345 plus vat for new ones. Got a second opinion, this plumber pulled out my washing machine, diagnosed restricted hot water gate valve - replaced, cheaper cost, kept taps. Sent constructive email to Plunger ltd, spoke to staff, no acknowledgement or apology for misdiagnosis
Will not recommend obviously
