Framed Canvas arrived badly damaged. N telephone number only email support. I have emailed them must be 20 times now and still no response! Don't believe their website when they say any issues they will replace canvas, doest happenI. Feel scammed. Avoid and spend your money on a reputable site. Also don't think because they have a co.uk address they are in the uk, they are in Turkey! Avoid ,avoid, avoid.

Saw the other reviews on here after I had placed my order so was convinced nothing would turn up. However, the canvas arrived today, only 4 days after I ordered it. No additional charges to pay, great quality, am really really pleased.

Paid £320 for two prints before looking here!
However arrived ok & prints are decent quality.
Payment is taken in Turkish Lira NOT £ or even € so I was charged a fee by my credit card company.
No mention of this at all & no response from customer services
Better go to a different company, I certainly will the next time!

Yesterday, I submitted an angry review saying "Don't buy from these people!" but, as the item I ordered arrived today, unexpectedly, I have had to delete it! So, to be fair, I'm leaving this review instead! Overall, the PlusCanvas website is good, easy to use and the purchasing process is straightforward. There were confirmation emails to say the order and payment was received, followed the next day to say the item had been shipped. What isn't good though is that when the expected delivery date came & went, PlusCanvas did not respond to any of my emails querying the delivery. There were no updates on the website against my order reference, other than saying it was "shipped" and no tracking information. With total radio silence, I raised a card payment dispute through my bank (which I have now cancelled!). With the surprise delivery today, the external cardboard packaging had been clearly damaged en route from Istanbul, but the framed canvas print inside was reasonably well packaged and protected. The print itself is good quality and as expected. In summary, we got there in the end! If only they'd responded to my emails, or even advised the item was coming from Istanbul and may take a couple of weeks, it would have been a totally different experience.

I ordered two canvas arts one is van Gogh and the other is Klimt. Both canvases are museum quality printings. Vivid colours and sharp details. Packeging was ok and they send my purchase the next day which took 4 days until it arrived. Perfect experience for me. I now looking for my bedroom. Thank you Plıscanvas

I have placed an order with this company at a value of £134.50 - not a single sign of my painting. Stay away from this place - there is no customer support whatsoever (i have tried countless times to contact), the website is cheap as can possibly be (navigation and user friendliness is awful - it takes you to turkish site at random interfaces,) This website is a scam - they are thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AND/OR COMPANY

I ordered a canvas that cost me £179. The canvas arrived several days later ONLY it was the wrong canvas. The invoice in the box stated that the canvas delivered was worth 20 euros! I have now been emailing this company for two weeks and guess what? Not a single response from them, it looks like I have been conned! I don’t think I’ll be seeing my hard earned cash again...so very annoyed!

This website looks so professional it also has a .co.uk address but the company is in Turkey.

I ordered a canvas from Pluscanvas.co.uk for which I paid around £130 plus £20 carriage. Delivery was estimated between 3 and 5 days. Ten days later, alarm bells started ringing. When I emailed the company via their online support email, it refused to transmit. I went on to their facebook, which has only a few old posts on it. I tracked down their address (no phone number) only to find it is a virtual office at Canary Wharf. I then found an email address that worked - to their Turkish office. It also has a phone number, but I don't fancy my chances with the language barrier. I emailed a complaint through the Turkish support email and received an automatic response. I have now contacted my bank and they have begun an investigation. I do not know if I will ever get my money back. I certainly do not want something arriving from Turkey with huge customs taxes and delivery charges on it, so I will refuse to take delivery - if, indeed, the canvas ever does arrive. Their company website is totally convincing and incredibly professional. Do not be fooled. They are liars, thieves and charlatans. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company - received goods both frames are damaged! No contact number and numerous emails with no reply! What they preach promise on quality is not what they action!!! Disappointed.

Bought a canvas print and it arrived quickly. It was shipped from Germany to Denmark, so no customs in my case.

STILL waiting for even a reply from Plus Canvas. Made on order on 5th March 2018 for which I paid 45 GBP. Money taken from my account but NO order!! Contacted and contacted them by every method possible (except 'phone 'cos they don't want you to 'phone them so no number available) and no reply. I've tried asking for a refund. No reply. I've tried a bad review on their facebook page. No reply. Have they gone bankrupt? Suggest no-one makes an order. They are fraudsters.

This company makes out is a UK company and any goods will be supplied from within the EU and is inclusive of taxes. It is in fact based in Turkey and you will end up with a big invoice from FedEx for VAT/duty and administration charges.

Plus Canvas will then refuse to answer any communications regarding the extra charge.

Fantastic canvas delivered however the order came from Turkey rather than UK as advertised. Not a problem however they never marked the value of the item delivered from Turkey. This then cost more in import tax than the actual item and delivery cost in the first place!

I've been trying to contact them for weeks. They simply ignore all emails.

Terrible service. Great canvas. Avoid as you'll pay double the advertised costs in the end.
