Very deceiving!!
Very deceiving!!! I thought I was signing up on a monthly basis and now after 5 months they tell me that I have a year contract…! Also, could not book the boiler service until after 3 months and wasn’t as thorough as Homeserve. So I just want to leave tbh but I am now trapped…!!! The contract is not transparent and I feel I got sucked in with their introductory offer.., don’t fall for it!!!

Unrelaible company
Four months after joining their boiler cover plan, my boiler pressure is normal, but the heating element is not working. I called PlusHeat, and they sent an engineer. He was on site for only 20 minutes, yet I received an invoice stating he was here for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Worse still, they informed me that my plan does not cover the required for another day of labour and parts visit, demanding approximately £450 for the repair. However, the contract clearly states that repairs and parts are covered up to £2,000, regardless of the boiler’s age. Now, they expect me to pay £450, or they will push for the sale of a new boiler. This company is a complete scam. I strongly advise seeking cover elsewhere from a reliable provider.
