He is a good listener

He is a good listener. I had called to cancel my Renewal. If I had not already got another deal somewhere, definitely I would have renewed. My premium had gone up from £14 to £19,and I have not made any claim, hence why I had to look for a better deal. Otherwise I did not have anything bad to say about Plusheat. I am sure I will come back next year this time when my contract expires.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, The engineer did not show up or contact me, this is the second time this has happened and I have been kept waiting for the fix to my central heating for almost a month. Please refund all payments that I have made to PlusHeat and cancel my contract.

Brilliant service.highly recommeded

The engineer was communicative about when he would arrive I had requested a morning appointment, which I got.
The engineer was efficient and knew my boiler inside out. He identified and fixed a problem I had had 6 engineers from a different company not belento fix. Definatly recommend this engineer and company.
