Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, The engineer did not show up or contact me, this is the second time this has happened and I have been kept waiting for the fix to my central heating for almost a month. Please refund all payments that I have made to PlusHeat and cancel my contract.

The engineer was communicative about when he would arrive I had requested a morning appointment, which I got.
The engineer was efficient and knew my boiler inside out. He identified and fixed a problem I had had 6 engineers from a different company not belento fix. Definatly recommend this engineer and company.
