Great service was very considerate…

The service was truly thoughtful and went above and beyond by attending to the property even without a scheduled appointment. They understood the tenant's anxiety and made sure everything was safe, which is so reassuring. Thank you so much for your wonderful care!

Incorrect information in email sent by Plus Heat.

We had a problem with the company where they sent out an email where the information was clearly incorrect, Once I had connected the company their mistake was admitted and the agent I dealt with said that it would be corrected. Not acceptable, but at least the agent dealt with it efficiently.
