This site is a scam. I purchased a service back in December of 24 2020 for Apple Music promotion. The campaign never ran and I sent an email stating that I wanted a refund. After two weeks I received a message stating I would get a refund but that never happened. It’s been over a month, no services were rendered and they again stopped responding to my emails. Stay Away unless you want your money stolen!

Was placed in three playlists which all had almost exactly the same follower count and gave me a bunch of plays only from Finland. Very suspicious and the owner of the playlists had no profile picture or followers. AVOID, don't waste your momey

I will start a Class Action Lawsuit against them. Write me at alan.ville gmail to join. This company employs bots to give artists streams on Spotify. After my campaign started, my Spotify profile miraculously got 5k "followers" in a couple of weeks, and after a month or so, it went down to 9 followers. They also lie about having a team of "curators". I expressly stated the genres associated to my music, and they placed my single in playlists that are in no way related, like hip-hop, country, rap, techno etc. After submitting various complaints, they placed my single in new playlists, which allegedly have 10k followers or more, however, all of the songs on those playlists were just added 3 weeks ago. So how can a playlist have thousands of followers if the songs were just added 2 or 3 weeks ago? Finally, what confirms that this is a scam and that streams are being played by bots is the payout. My statement on my Repost (Soundcloud) account only paid me for 2k streams in 4 months, yet my Spotify account says I have close to 60k streams. I also did not get a SINGLE interaction from a stranger. Not even ONE. Take your money elsewhere, and avoid getting scammed like me and many other artists who have posted terrible reviews about this company.

UPDATE: the company never got back to me, as they know they have scammed me and have no way of justifying that. Also, please NOTE that most of the recent 5 star reviews come from the same location in "IN". They are creating fake 5 star reviews to try to hide the real ones exposing their scams.

Horrible!!! I was clearly promised 15K to 50K PLAYS for the money they took from me. At the end I received 3,5K plays in total and the track was taken down after 3 weeks, not even a month, from all the playlists. The customer service pretends they don't understand what I'm talking about and keep on telling me about REACH where I have an email where they promise me PLAYS. this is the most ridiculous and dirty gaslighting I've seen in my life. Pure SCAM

You DID promise PLAYS and I have an email from Linda with that. I already provided all the information to your customer service TWICE including screenshots from the plays, screenshots of the email of your Linda and confirmation of payment. Nothing changed.

Plvylists.com is the premiere playlisting/ad promotion platform for artists from indie to professional. The website itself is explanatory and intuitive for first time users. Reaching out to plavylists via email is never a hassle seeing as their team responds in a timely matter. If there is ever confusion or mistakes made, it is fixed fast and the results are top notch. Highly recommend!

At the time of this review, it's been 2 weeks without ANY response. Nothing. I've been requesting for 14 days to have my song removed, but no 1 reply. Wanna know what happened ever since then? My Spotify artist page got messed up. My related artists are GONE, everything is messed up because the playlists they put me in are FULL OF BOTS.

NO RESPONSE IN 2 WEEKS. NOTHING. This is the worst company I ever gave money to.

These people care about their customers. Love the playlist submission feature and I will use them always.

Bot farm, got my song banned from Spotify due to illegitimate streaming practices. Promised in August to refund me and help get my song reinstated, have done neither and now ignoring all emails.

@Daryl, it's you I'm waiting on. You last emailed me 29 Oct saying you assumed this was resolved (despite three months of unanswered emails suggesting the opposite). I've sent you a further three unanswered emails since then. Would appreciate you processing the refund I was promised on 12 August.

Total scam, full of bots. Ignore the positive reviews - I wish I had. We gained 3000+ followers over a few days, making us really excited, as we thought bots could not follow. However they obviously were, as they all disappeared a month later - spotify removing those accounts for suspicious activity. Emailed Plvylists, they said words to the effect 'maybe you've done something to lose them all'. How? Unless we'd done something heinous, why would more than 3000 people all have simultaneously decided to unfollow us? I never got a response from them to this question. Avoid.

Edit: This is not a review from a competitor. I am a customer and have shown my receipts to Trustpilot. Plvylists wants to silence negative reviews instead of addressing the rampant bots that their curators use.

I ordered a Spotify promotion just about 2 months ago now. And after 2 months of me emailing them once a week asking why I haven't been placed on any playlists yet, and at this point asking for my money back because they blatantly scammed me. What do I get in return? One email after I sent upwards of 10, apologizing and promising to fix things, 3 weeks ago. This is unacceptable they do not respond to your emails, and most importantly, they steal from you.

1 star is too much for you! Customer Support is not responding and I don't know if my track was sent to curators, accepted or rejected. THE WORST ON THE MARKET, COMPETITION IS BETTER! As soon as the "campaign month" ends, I'll give you a bad advertisement on Instagram. I will make you fail :)

Plvylists keep asking me to respond to the find reviewer request which I done two times now as this is my third bad review of this company.
They have not resolved the issues and continue to avoid the matter with no answers.
They lie about the 24 hour service start policy and don't compensate artists for wasting over a month of our time, instead they keep going around the circles with the worse customer service ever, no replies, false promises while taking artists money. This is a disappointing service to say the least.
Daryl have replied to both my reviews without so much as an apology, explanation or solution for the horrible service and waste of my time.

It is so disappointing! The service is really bad no more than 100 streams, no refund nothing. I don’t recommend this service!! On top they run bots over there Playlists but only for one day so you think the playlist will work for you ....

I've been very disappointed with the service. I've emailed and only receiving brief messages in return. They seem to be having technical difficulties according to my last email. I have asked for a refund and they are telling me to continue waiting.

we purchased a package on July 24th (Spotify| [NEW SALE] 3 Playlists - 50K - 75K monthly reach ($149) [was $299]). Our reference number for this purchase is: #15842625

You promised us to get at least 50K streams. Sadly we have to recognise that we got kicked out of 2/3 playlists already - three days before the campaign ends officially.

Altogether we gained not even 6.000 plays on the song.
We ask you to keep the promises and beg you to put us into some other playlists to gain the streams, but nobody replied to the emails.

Dodgy af service. Sure, I got 20k streams: from 20k listeners, a sure sign of bots. And the save to listener ratio was under 1%, another sure sign of scammy bots. Plus it took almost two weeks to get my track playlisted and that was only after posting a scathing review here. Everything they say on their website is a lie from delivery time (they say within 48hrs) to not using bots. You have been warned!

Spent $100 only to be placed on 2 playlists totaling 404 followers. Definitely not worth it considering I know curators with playlists totaling almost 100,000 followers who charge less. So I then requested a refund, and they said I would receive it within 3 business days. However, they said that about a week ago and I still have not received my money back. Don't waste your time with them. Poor results and frustrating customer service.

Hello, it’s been about 12 days since I paid for the campaign (100-125k) yet I haven’t gotten any results at all on my track. This is unacceptable. 12 days!! You promised 24/48 hours after paying. Horrible experience!

This has always been a great service. However, there are some big problems right now.

Not replying to emails
Not starting promotions within a 7 day period after you pay
Getting removed from playlists part way through promotions
I received a prompt response back after my email. However, the streams stopped abruptly after a few days. I understand you are not offering Spotify as a service anymore. What is going on? Do I assume that this service does not meet Spotify's policies and you are no longer operating?

Great service to expand your fanbase with exceptional customer service that always deals with any inconvenience you might have. Overall highly recommended!
