Besides some issues with the streams dramatically dropping off after a day, I started a new campaign on Sept. 25 for $99 and STILL haven't received a placement for it. I've emailed Sylvia and Luxy each a few times to politely ask for a timeline on my campaign and have yet to see a response. Please get in contact with me asap because I have never had these problems with Plvylists.com before, but this is unacceptable.

You can see from other reviews here, they have a bad track record.

I gave them the benefit of doubt and purchased the 5 playlist campaign that cost over 200 USD. The campaign results were abysmal. Just over 2k streams over a whole month for a reach that was supposedly 150k listeners+.

To top it off their playlists aren’t legitimate, two of the playlists I was placed on were taken down from Spotify before the end of the campaign. Tried to reach out but didn’t even get a response.

Save yourself the trouble and money and don’t make the mistake some of us have.

I was added to 50k sub playlist, only 400 streams in 2 weeks which is pretty suspicious espacially since my song was in the beginning of the playlist. How strange the playlist is now empty 🙄 and the streams are nowhere to be found on my spotify. Looks like fake followers.
Pure scam.

In the beginning I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the promotion, but the service did a great job and took care of me and my music! Great job

The customer support is A1. They definitely did something right recently and constantly improving, will always use these guys because when I communicate they protect my budget and make me feel safe as an artist 🙏🏻

This is the second time I have used plvylists! After a shaky start with the first one it finally got off the ground after some adjustments and was a success.
Some trouble with getting the second one started also and even though I have paid double the amount I did the first time I have only received a fraction of the streams that my first track did. It’s almost impossible to get a response from customer support also. This campaign has been very disappointing.

Man these guys are about their clients they helped me grow my song “More Favor” on Spotify and it helped me grow as an artist! Definitely will be working with them for all my Upcoming bangers 🔥👌

A great company indeed !!! My friends and I love my song , yet I lacked the most important thing for my success.... a platform ! And the people at plvylists have filled that gap for me for sure ! I have gotten triple the streams in four hours then I have had in the three days since my songs release !!!!! It’s incredible. This company puts your songs in playlists with music just like yours so it fits seamlessly. Not to mention the AMAZING customer service I have received from them. Any questions I had I got the answers to quickly and efficiently. I think out of all of the playlist services out there plvylists certainly has a leg up on the others with efficiency and customer service. Not to mention I started seeing results almost instantly. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for sure !!

My receipt id is 1242-5058. My personal experience with plvylist has been horrible. I paid for the 249 dollars for the apple playlist package almost four weeks ago and did not receive a single play or playlist notification to my email. I contacted them after the first 72 hours about the status of my curation no response contacted them again another 48 hours later. Then Finally got a message back from them on Instagram and email about me waiting another 72 hours to receive a playlist NotificatioN. it has now been five weeks and I have not received or heard anything from anyone who works at playlist. I am honestly hurt and feel scammed because I was directed towards them for business and it just seems like they took my money.

Just did the 50 playlist campaign, great results so far about 10-15k streams per day.

Where do I start? Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. I put in an order for 3 spotify playlists and a soundcloud repost on august 18th. It took over 1 week but finally I was added to 3 aprox. 30k listener playlists. Within a few days, I was taken off one of the playlists (though they 'sell' month-long placements) and after a week or two, another one of them still didn't have over 5 plays. I took a look at this one and the listeners had drastically dropped from 30k to 9k and none of the music was well-curated together. This is a major red flag for a spam playlist. It seems like only 1 of the 3 playlists who agreed to place my music was legitimate. I still have not received the soundcloud repost. I sent multiple emails with no response. Through the suggestion of another complaint, I contacted them on their instagram. I got a message within hours saying they were sending it to the supervisor immediately. A week later I still didn't get any information and my order was still incomplete. I again contacted them through instagram where they then said they were running behind and that they would fix it asap. Four days later, nothing. So I contacted them AGAIN expressing my discontent and they told me the eta to fixing my order was 4 hours (this was yesterday) and that they were going to run full compensation campaigns too. Today, still nothing has been fixed, I have not been emailed, and I have contacted them on instagram YET AGAIN and they have read my messages and ignored them. I usually don't get this crazy over stuff but this customer service is so bad and they literally just have my money and have not completed the service. The spout on their website that everything is legit and they deliver within 72 hours. It's been a month now with only 1/4 of my order completed and no real information from the company. AHHHHHH.

I was supposed to receive +10000 plays, and I only got 3000. For the price, is not convenient at all. It's sad, because the system is simple, but lacks in the most important part, that is delivering what they advertise. The playlist was cool, but just not enough.

Edit: I’ve already sent my information but still no news from you in my email. Still unhappy.

EDIT: They will never fix it. I tried everything. They just won't deliver what was promised. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

This service is absolute garbage. I paid like $119 they said they added me to 3 playlists, I got 200 streams, checked the playlists 3 days later and I was on none of them. Then they sent me an email saying I had an order for another track I never placed with them. Terrible company idk what they’re doing but avoid at all costs.

Shopped with these guys for a while, had no problems. My past 4 orders have either been completely ignored or added to their “playlists” and received 0 streams. Tried reaching out through email and Instagram on about 9 separate occasions, but keep getting told some vague, useless response. Once I started the dispute on PayPal I was emailed within minutes of them finding out, and they have yet to start any of my campaigns. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE

I have been very patient & understanding thus far; however I cannot withhold the truth of the matter any longer.

It has literally been 3 months. After about 6 weeks I wrote an honest review voicing my frustration...they responded honestly. They told me they could not meet the demand & were hiring people soon. They asked for my info to ensure this would never happen again.

Now it has been 3 months for the SAME song. No refund (even though I've sent a new e-mail every week), no campaign, no communication, no placement. One of their reps even told me it was placed but nothing happened. I personally won't be using their services again, I've already had a better experience looking elsewhere.

Honestly, at this point I'm even considering legal action because this isn't being treated professionally or authentically. You can't take people's hard earned money for months on end with no refund and no follow through. I will give them one more chance to fix this problem. However, I'm not sure I want anything but a refund due to people's 'bot' scares on other campaigns. Hope this helps others. I hope they turn things around and Improve their business.

I am not one of those ranting, raving, unreasonable reviewers (I hope) and I have given Plvylists a lot of chances to rectify this issue. I know that it is easy to skim past the bad reviews when you really want people to listen to your music - but I have to be honest about my experience.

I was placed on 2 playlists and dropped from both within 4/5 days.

I think one of the playlists called 'Fresh finds with Jack Harlow' may of been real, but 'Bedroom chill with Ella Mai'' I am pretty sure is a bot farm, because I had no streams at all the first day despite being first or second, then around 70 for a couple of days after I emailed them to point this out, then I was removed without explanation.

I requested a resolution and was told I could have a refund - no further placement was offered and no explanations were offered. Taylor was quite good at responding to my emails and was very apologetic but this has been ongoing for weeks and the promise of a refund has been lingering for over a week now.

I just opened a dispute on PayPal because it is looking unlikely I will be refunded.

Playlistpush is expensive but at least it comes with a much higher level of costumer service and authentic placement that can be trusted.

I don't know if Plvylists is 100% a scam, perhaps their intentions are good, but if the costumer service and organisational skills are anything to go by, I would imagine they probably have difficulty maintaining/establishing authentic playlists and curators, and I think there is good evidence from my experience to suggest bot farms are at play - to at least some degree.

Could be a promising service if regulated more efficiently, though right now I would advise to avoid.

it has been quite awhile now and i still have not gotten a single response or a play on y apple music songs. I paid over 500 dollars for promotion and all i have gotten are stalling emails from Lux. Please bring my orders to attention.

That was a bad Idea for me because it completely messed up my algorythm statistic.
they added my track in an Afro music playlist but the thing is I get 1k stream but in the same country and it looks like superBot playlist.

After a slow start my campaign has now started and I’m amazed with the results!
So very happy with the service. Would highly recommend for the results.
