I own a music label and my first submission with Plvylists was in May for a song from an artist of mine. I noticed a huge gap between the promised reach and what really got. I emailed them twice asking explanation but I have never got responded. Then around June an artist of my label submitted two songs and I submitted a song from my own album. The two ones from the artist of mine were featured in scam playlists and were taken down from Spotify and my label suffered a huge damage as we invested a big amount for the promotion with a PR agency. I noticed that also my song was featured in the same playlists (even if the genre was inconsistent at all with most of them). So I asked to remove my song immediately from those playlists. The artist of mine was refunded but I'm still waiting for the promised refund. In meanwhile my label was banned from Distrokid due to those scam playlist in which Plvylists put the songs and so I have to find another distributor!! I sent an email informing plvylists about what happened to my label as well as urging them again the refund but they haven't responded and this is rude of them considering that my label has been banned due to them. So, in conclusion, I can say that - although they are honest and in good faith - Plvylists aren't in control of the curators they collaborate with and this can put your works and your profile in serious danger to be banned on Spotify. Furthermore the customers service is very slow in replying, in unacceptable way......when they do it. Since I'm an honest person and I don't mean to ruin someone's reputation without reasons I want point out that I have evidence of what I've reported in this review.

I payed for playlist campaign almost two weeks ago and still nothing.
A shame since they usually deliver well and on time but even the level of communication has dropped.

After reaching out to them on Instagram I got a response relatively quick and they were helpful and quick to solve the issue. I got placements the following day.

After reaching the customer's service here on Trustpilot, I've got immediately respond to their team. They fixed my problem in 30 minutes! I also have got a response on Instagram, but a few hours later, when the problem was already solved. So they really care about their customers! Wich is defiantly a very good sign and an + for them. They have a lot of orders right now, (I guess it might be connected with good PR team and Instagram ads) )), what is of course not an excuse for taking so long (instead of 3 days, what was promised), but that how it is right now, and I hope they will improve that very soon. Anyway, If you already paid, or you are about to pay soon, just keep that in mind, that it could take some time. But you can always try to reach the team via Instagram. I've used this service twice now with decent results, but I must say I'm pretty disappointed this time around to find that many other customers are experiencing long delays from this company who advertises such a quick turnaround, and the only way you seem to get a response is to leave a negative review.
I ordered 3 playlists on the 21st of august and have sent multiple emails just to get an update on why it's taking so long.
I do understand if they're inundated with orders - but the fact that they continue to keep the service up while taking peoples money is really not a good look. Suspend the service if you need time to fulfil everyones orders?

My order number is 1554-4527, please resolve this for me immediately as your service is great when you keep your customers informed.

Paid for one month of feature on playlists with a reach of approximately 41k listeners. Was on one list for less than a week and then got deleted, got around 1k streams. So I basically only got 3% of what I paid for. Have tried to contact support multiple times and mailed my campaign "consultant" but haven't got a answer in weeks... Really disappointed in myself for wasting $50 on this horrible service...

Hi ! I ordered 1 single promotion and for some reason my PayPal was rejected.
Lucy from Plvylist wrote me back (I’m sure it was automatic) offering me 20% discount for my order.
After posting my review on trust pilot, they reached out 8 days later to help.
22/08 they sent me an email asking to pay via Paypal, but the email recipient cannot accept payments right now.
They are not answering emails since September.
I started a submission 31st of July, we are in November now, still no news.

Ordered on 27th of July and still no answer or results.... Have sendt them several emails.. Is this just a fraud company?
Update: Got our metal-song pitched eventually on a rap playlist...! Clearly it is just bots and not organic listeners, gained over 1000 streams by only 20 somewhat listeners... So this company does not do a god job...

Honestly a great service. I've been using them since July 2019. First time I don't have complaints about a promotion agency as I've been been very satisfied with the results and the way this team operates.

This is the third review I’m writing in the last 10 days and the only time I got a reply was a reply to one of my reviews in which I was asked to provide my email ID which I did pretty much instantly. I really wish I could send screenshots of the earlier conversation I’ve had with them. Claiming they’ll reply I’m under 48 hours. That’s literally all I’ve been asking for months now.

Ive used them in the past with no problem, Sometimes it can take them a while to reply, but they answered some questions i had and they did end up fixing the issue. Thank you luxy, very professional. Love the service and i intend to use these guys for every new release in the future.

Its just a scam! They promised a lot and the Playlist they put the Song in doesn't even have 100 plays a day!! They don't answer the Emails (about 8), they dont have a contact Phone. So, you pay and then you pray!
So, its a one time Scam. They get your.money only once . They won't get it again. I'm doi g my beat to spread it around!

Complete scam. STAY AWAY. They will only steal your money and wont even reply to your emails.
I really don't know where these nice reviews are coming from. Possibly they paid some people to do them or they are bots. It's way more easier to get bots reviews these days guys.
STAY AWAY. ARTISTS Should know. Someone should expose these frauds.

And after this comment, they will come to comment all these fancy words which are absolutely useles. Dont ever bother commenting on this review. Refund my money back immidiately cause it's been more than 20 days and you still havent performed my order which I paid. I don;t need any of your fancy excuses. I needed action which I paid and did not get.

Their ticketing system must be faulty, managed to contact them directly through email and they solved my issue super fast.

I am excited to see the results!

Decent product - terrible customer support

If you are looking for organic streams on Spotify, then Plvylists is the place to go, especially if you're a hip-hop or pop artist. Last time Ive used them, they placed me on two lists, but it only lasted for two weeks instead of a month as promised.

That's okay as I will only buy one list at a time from now.

If you're expecting them to answer to your requests, forget it. They almost never respond (they have bots to do that) and they will take AT LEAST 4 - 5 days to put you on a playlist.

All in all an okay product that kind of delivers. But don't expect them to answer you. Unless you write over here, of course. I will try to look for some other pitching services and not rely as much on Plvylists.

Their service is very legit and quite promising. And whenever I have concerns and problems, they'll get right to it immediately. Would definitely recommend their service!

Definitely recommend. I got an excellent amount of plays and follows from the campaign and just as importantly the Custer service was quick and always helpful.

Plvylists have delivered time and time again! The customer service is fast and helpful. I recommend any artist that needs a jump start to a new release to use Plvylists. I recommended my friend Dylz to use them and his song got over 14k streams in a few short weeks. I will be continuing my relationship with them for each future release!
