I ordered playlist for 1 song and the experience while interesting to start with delivered great results so I decided to opt in for the monthly program Go Single over 1 week ago. Paid my $149 per month and sent email on songs to be pitched for play listing. That was over 1 week ago. I’ve followed up 3 times and I have yet to hear from anyone. Seeing other customers below experience the same thing is worrying. Can someone get back to my many emails please?

Streams were good at the start but they have slowed right down now (after 2weeks) and no reply to my email of concern.

UPDATE: Sylvia has emailed me and she has re-started my campaign. I am hoping this will resolve​ the issue. Thank You!

Honestly do not have a solid review because I have not had the chance to work with them yet but I contacted them through e-mail as well as Instagram and have yet to get a response.

I really do look forward to working with Plvylists for my upcoming releases, just looking towards a response. Thanks!

MY songs never used to get played but I have good music. When I submitted to Plvylists it changed my life. best company for playlisting. If you guys don't know they have a "FRIDAY" discount code everyday FRIDAY for 15% off and I use it religiously. Just a tip for all artists reading this.

They are a great service, just check my spotify numbers.

This is my 3rd time using Plvylists and all in all the experience has its ups and downs. They do go above and beyond for their customers even if it takes them a little while to respond. Once they do you're truly in good hands.

Don't get stressed out like I was with my recent order. When they get to your order they will take care of you and the results are incredible I promise. Things do take time and I'm not sure how large of a team they're working with but there doing the best they can!

Thank you guys for upgrading me from 3-5 playlists to 10-12 for the delay this month! I truly appreciate it and I'm looking forward to working with you in the future.

After writing a mixed feelings review about plvylist hours ago. Adam from plvylist reached out to me and addressed my issue perfectly! He made adjustments to my concerns and placed me to an extra 2 playlist placements for a month to fix my issue and restarted my campaign. Now that is a BEST customer support service. I couldnt be more happy right now. Thank your help Adam.

On the other note regarding their customer support service, He apologized to me about the concern I raised regarding their customer service and told me they will improved it to even better and to address our issue at best. Hopefully they gonna work that out asap.

Edited September 16th, 2020: Canceled my premium membership. I'm done with you guys. You guys never answer my emails and keep adding me to inactive playlist. It's like you say you fix it but you don't you just keep adding me to inactive playlist. Really thought you guys would work but you only support the labels that our paying you $1,000+ a month. So disappointed.

Edited September 9th, 2020: So, I joined as a single premium member last month in August. Last month I got on 3 playlist total of 87k reach and only 2 we're active. I only got 5,200 streams with no real followers or saves. This month I got on 4 playlist and none are active. Total reach 153k. Campaign started September 2nd. I only got 56 STREAMS! How is that even possible!? I've tried reaching out constantly but nobody responds back. PLEASE RESPOND

Edited July 15th, 2020: I'm on my 4th campaign with Plvylist. So for so good. Streams are good. Not really getting saves or followers. I think that's pretty normal at first. Still having difficulty getting in contact with customer service. I have a lot of questions about how I can maximize my campaigns. I have premium questions too. Also added a curator to my Spotify viewing. Can someone please reach back out to me?

Edited June 24th, 2020: Below is my first review. Adam has resolved this and restarted my campaign. First day these two new playlist have been way better. Let's see how these campaigns turn out since it's only been 24 hours. They still need to work on their customer service. I still have some questions that are un-answered. For now I'm satisfied.

"I’m not satisfied at all. Both my campaigns started on June 3rd ending July 2nd. Each track was put on two playlist that each have over “60,000+” followers and in 28 days I only received 1.6k streams in one campaign and 87 plays in the other. I reached out to Sylvia early on when the campaign started and advised that I knew from the start that the tracks we’re in the wrong playlists or on inactive playlists. No response. I've been patient and today I checked to see if my tracks are still on the playlist and it’s no longer on when both are supposed to be active until July 3rd. Here are my order numbers. I want two brand new campaigns on active playlist that fit my tracks. My tracks are solid. There’s no way they can be this bad on these playlists. Total of 122,311 reach does not add up to the outcome."

UPDATE - The team respond, they are helping me with the issue so I'm hoping the best, a little late response but you have to be patient for the best results.

Great service , fast response on ig can’t wait to see the results. Gave us two extra playlists for the glitch that happen on the website 100$ extra. So grateful to have a song created by cousin dedicated to his sister who lost her life in the hands of the police get a chance to get heard by thousands

I was added to a playlist but wasn't getting any streams, soon after messaging them, they added me to another playlist.

I had a problem with the service at first, which at the moment they are solving. Reproductions were low for one month. Now I was added to a couple of Playlist in order to improve that. So I upload the rating and raise it even more when the situation is reversed.

The customer service of Plvylists is amazing. I did have some initial issues with them but they were resolved and I was given free compensation like and extra playlist and a saves campaign. The team are friendly and understanding and my song is gaining organic streams everyday! very happy :)

It took a few days more than expected but once I contacted them on IG, everything started going much smoother and the customer support is pretty decent.

In terms of playlists, I wanted them to give me organic streams overtime and I like them because they never promised the amount of streams, just the approx reach of the playlists.

What can I say?
You guys are really good. I booked a promotion for 300K reach/50-75K streams, my promotion is until the moment going perfect. It started a little bit later, but you guys made it good and that's why I'm so happy with you.
I highly recommend Plvylists for the people who really want success with their music. ✌🏽.

Easy to process, only took a few days even though COVID19 is going strong. Yet to see results as it only got playlisted today, but customer service and ease to work with is great.
