Good service! there was a little delay but everything is working perfect!

Their service is great! We've seen terrific results!

I am currently five days into promotion with Plvylists. At this current time the track has 1.8k streams with 1.75k listeners and no new followers. So either my track is really bad and I have a 0% follow rate out of nearly 2k people or it's just click farmed for streams to give the illusion that the playlist is listened to. I will however give the promotion more time to run & will update my review each week.

Get the help I needed and got talked through everything by Luxy, who eventually helped me get my order going..

It's a great platform that allows you to grow organically your fanbase with support from their playlisting campaign.

Sylvia from Plvylist was very helpful. When I had concerns that the playlist was not performing as I expected she placed me on another playlist right up the top of the playlist. They responded quickly to emails and resolved all issues.

Amazing service Sylvia was very helpful! Don’t be alarmed if they don’t respond immediately, 3 days in on my campaign Sylvia sent me the most detailed explanation for the delay and immediately began the launch for my campaign. Very great customer service will enjoy doing business with this company again :)

My experience with Plvylist is good overall! I wish I had more communication especially on the day of release. My song was already 12 hours live and it wasn't on any Plvylist playlist. Five stars because they deliver every time with the streams and promotion but wish the urgency was better. Adam, my customer service rep was amazing! He gets 5 stars too! He answered every question and solved every problem I had. Overall I love Plvylist!

After a rocky and unsure start the customer support team came through with great service adding me to 2 new playlists after errors in their system. Everything was explained and my streams grew, it seems quite authentically too. Thanks, Plvylists Team!!

Update: They continue to provide excellent service through my last 2 campaigns this month, even when you think somethings going wrong; they are on top of it. Best service of its kind.

Was skeptical about everything at first. Out of 5 orders. 4 went through no problem. My order in February 2020 was ghosted until may 2020. Luxy was able to help me. Very fast customer service when there was a response. Not sure what happened for that 3 month period of no emails back but everything seems to be resolved now

the person i was dealing with is extremely kind and just down to earth. you should promote them or sum. they made me feel way more comfortable
