The office staff are a bunch of two-faced liars, and very incompetent and unprofessional. If you make complaints against any of it's employees then they will support their colleagues - who may well be their personal friends too - and never find in your favour.

Don't get taken in by them telling you that they will refer your complaint to another of their colleagues/friends in a different section/department who is "independent". They're not independent at all.

Just go through their joke of a complaints process - and remember to keep records of it all by only communicating with the PCH employees by email/letter - until you're able to refer the matter to the Housing Ombudsman.

I would score them nothing if u could what a waste of space say they help when you have problems with neighbours they do nothing they allow anti social behavior hide behind a image that is golden they are liars dishonest pratts

all I can say is plymouth community homes are full of #### they need more grow ups and less kids in that place

Plymouth community homes are has much use has a chocolate fireguard they don't anwser there fones they don't deal with tenants who cause trouble they don't do what is in yr lease agreement they don't do repairs or clean yr yard absolute disgrace a joke management are hopeless aswell they need a rocket up them

Absolutly fed up to the back teeth with Plymouth Community Homes and their care and support for disabled residents. Nearly every day we have to put up with the onslaught of loud rude swearing children who think it is their right to play were they want and speak to adults as they want which seems to be ok with their parents and mostly ok with PCH.

We have tried complaining to PCH and response is we will look into it and phone the police ( who are massively underfunded and seemingly to PCH have nothing better to do)

Might be the reason why other crimes are not being solved because they are doing the work PCH should be doing.

Ask for objects in the street to get removed and they do it ( as long as its not the kids that is )
Ask them to do some thing about the kids ruinin g our lives and you got more chance of finding rocking horse **** or a pink unicorn in your back garden..

Have we complained in the PCH shop i hear you saying ? Yes is the answer and even though the conversations go well thats as much as what is done about it. Complain to an MP and just the same is done.... Why put a disabled estate in such a area ?

Children have a right to play i hear you say but is that at the expense of the health of others. " elderly residents have been hospitalised due to the stress of having balls bouncing off their windows and stuff thrown at their windows and the children ringing their intercomm system and swearing to them through it and what is the response we get ? Contact the police and we will look into it ?

We have children rolling discarded tyres ( was removed by PCH after laying around for around 3 months and us having to phone up them after they nearly hit a residents car and go through another residents front door )

We have them screaming and shouting outside our windows but the response is ? Yep phone the police or we will look into it.

We have them sliding their bikes around the residents parked cars and the response is the same....

Who will pay for any damage done ? Not PCH and again you got more chance of finding that smelly stuff than the parents paying for any damages.

We have signs being ripped down, kids going in our gardens and throwing plant pots over the walls ( which did hit and injure a local resident but who cares ( not PCH it seems)
We ask for them to put up signs to say no ball games but its not PCH policy as it could lead to confrontation which it seems they dont like.

Mind you complain to your local MP and diddly squat is done about it so i think we have no hope in hell of it being sorted. The parents of the kids have got gardens roughly 40-50 foot long but they cant play in them as they make too much noise and might wake their parents up.

Years ago we use to have respect and got taught it for other people . Its just a shame a few neanderthals seems to have for got to teach their kids it. ( Suppose you have got to have that respect in you yourself to be able to teach your kids it as well. Its just a shame a company can be more interested in money than their residents but that seems to be the attitude of Plymouth Community Homes down to the ground).

Gonna make an appointment to speak to the evening herald about all this as im sure they woild love to hear how elderly disabled residents have been hospitalised and PCH dont give a damn.
