Hi, Silas came to do my EPC which I need to hopefully sell my house… the estate agents recommended person to do this would have cost £120 so I was a bit nervous as to what service I would receive as this only cost £60 from PMMServ.. But Silas came to do the EPC a few days after I arranged it and I received the EPC for the estate agents shortly after that, so pleased. Silas was friendly, gathered the information he needed quickly, and I’ve saved £60, so I am a very happy customer!

The agent arrived on time, and explained the principal of the survey. The survey lasted one hour as stated.
The results of the survey were discussed and what it meant. Very easy to understand.

Urgently needed an up to date EPC report for my home and found the details of one of their team on the government website. Had an immediate response to my initial email query and the survey was completed the very next day. Very happy to recommend based on my experience.

Incredibly helpful and fast moving to assess and resolve EPC issues on the flat that my other half has now started renting out for the first time. It’s very tricky navigating and understanding the rental rules and options when getting into this for the first time and well worth the money paid for the report.

I was able to book an appointment at short notice and got back to me very quickly after emailing (other companies ignored me or had no availability). The report was received within 24 hours of inspection. Very polite and courteous and kept to social distancing guidelines where possible and used PPE.
