It was overall excellent experience. Team is very friendly and help at their best. Pocket homes are really good especially to first time buyers.! Also Lady Jessica is excellent- from beginning she was so professional, kind and friendly. She is the besttttt..! A big thank you to jessica for all your help & Support throughout the time..!

Fairly good but slow to organise repairs to the flat

I had an incredible experience purchasing a Pocket property (Forest Road). Every person I interacted with was so friendly, helpful, communicative and supportive and the process was quick and seamless! I feel very lucky to have purchased my first property with Pocket.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our first home at the Pocket Living new development, and this was largely thanks to our senior sales consultant, Jess. From the very beginning, Jess was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to show us around the homes, answer all our questions, and guide us through the process with clarity and reassurance.

Jess was always available via phone and email, keeping us informed and making sure no query was ever too small. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

We would also like to thank the wider Pocket Living team, and extend our sincere thanks to Victry, who was a great support throughout the process as well. Her help and guidance were truly appreciated and to the rest of the team, for their support along the way. As first-time buyers, we felt genuinely looked after and would highly recommend Pocket Living to anyone considering their first home.

Victry helped me through the purchase of my first home and was incredible throughout. She was always quick to respond, extremely polite and very reassuring throughout the process. On the day of completion she even rang me personally which meant a lot. I am very grateful for her support.

The building is lovely but facilities are a disgrace. We had water problems (no hot water or no water at all) like 5 times in the last 6 months. And then building managers take forever to fix it. The build quality is really bad. Pipes smell terrible too

For a small team, the response rate is impressive. I have worked directly with Madu who has been incredibly informative and helpful throughout the buying and short-term renting process of my flat, clearly explaining the steps and staying sharp on the emails throughout.

Just wanted to give Madu a shoutout for being approachable, responsive and friendly. Always replied quickly and assisted me with any issues I had. Would recommend!

We wouldn't have been able to afford to buy a property anywhere near as lovely without Pocket Living. We love our flat and we're super happy here. Staff from Pocket were really helpful during the buying process and always responded quickly to emails. Since moving in we haven't really had much interaction with them, although there was one minor issues with the light switches making a buzzing sound, and they resolved that really quickly for us.

Great and easy process moving into my flat - love it

We had help every step of the way. Our tours were not rushed we had time to really look at each flat and get proper advice over what we could do with the space. I like how community minded the company is and how eco friendly and flats are. I am also a big fan of their e-bike offer and am really looking forward to using mine. Our purchasing experience was pretty straightforward and the pocket team always got back to us very quickly. I can't wait to move in.
