Been using Pocketwatch Waistcoats since meeting Jeff and Sylvia at their stand at the Suffolk Show many years ago. Had numerous waistcoats and ties from them and my latest purchase was of the same wonderful quality as all the others. Jeff is a great communicator and very responsive to any questions. I bought a cartoon waistcoat to wear for my business as a freelance cartoonist. The product is STUNNING! The colours are so vivid , the lining, I believe, is silk. They even made the cover of the buttons the same design so that they're camouflaged against the design. Worth every penny!

We weren’t disappointed. Jeff was meticulous with sizing and even queried our measurements as hubby is tall and very slim. The finished waistcoat fits him like a dream, great quality and fabric; and the matching bow tie tops it off, just perfect for our son’s wedding in December. Left things late as usual so I needed a waistcoat very quickly before flying off on holiday. I also cocked up my measurements when I inputed them on the order. Not only did Jeff deliver the waistcoat in record time he recognised that I had made an error and so when the waistcoat arrived it fitted like a glove instead of looking like it was made to fit a bodybuilder 🤣. The quality of the cloth and the workmanship is astonishingly good and communication with me was excellent - the personal touch. I can’t recommend Pocketwatch enough. Top class!!

I had a short notice invite to a black tie event and wanted something a bit different. I called and spoke to Jeff and received the goods in 4 days. Service and communication has been brilliant throughout and the quality of the items is top notch. I will definitely be a returning customer soon.

In my opinion, Jeff and Sylvia at Pocketwatch Waistcoat Co (Pwc) are absolutely top shelf for both the quality of work and how they treat their customers. I am a repeat customer. I first ordered a vest when I saw a video on how to wear a pocketwatch, and I saw the bergundy/gold dot vest, which I ordered. After that, my wife told me that my (Irish) family had a registered tartan. I reached out to Jeff, who responded that it would be too expensive for him to recommend. But I want what I want. The tartan cloth had to be special order woven by another company, and there was a 4 or 5 yard minimum. I ordered 3 of the vests and matching ties. The lines of the tartan matched perfectly, and the ties PWC made were identical to one another. I also asked PWC to hold a yard of the fabric for me in case I gained weight. (I had lost 25# due to health reasons.) I contacted Jeff more than a year later, after my weight had stabilized, and asked that three self tie bow ties be made., as the vest still fit. They still had the fabric, and once again, the bow ties were identical to one another. This set of facts speaks volumes to both the.excellent quality of their work and their superb customer service.
I have ordered other vests from them which are also perfect.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
