I had been looking for a particular waistcoat for a black and white formal evening and the musical note waistcoat was perfect. Ordered on the Saturday, got a text message on the Sunday, yes Sunday, querying one of the measurements. Once the query was sorted. They informed me it would be 9 days from then to completion. I received it on the 8th day after another text message confirming postage. The waistcoat fit perfectly. Probable the best service I have had from an online order. The fabrics they use are of excellent quality & the craftmanship & hand finish of the best. They are quick to fulfil orders & keep you informed of when they dispatch the item. Good old fashioned personal service, rare to find in these days of mass production.

In this age of commoditised online selling, the personal service here absolutely sets them apart. Personal with not a chat bot or automated message in sight, the whole process was a breath of fresh air. This not considering the quality and fit of the waistcoat bought. The custom made waistcoat I ordered for my husband arrived very well packaged and also very quickly. It is beautifully made with a great deal of attention to detail. The pockets match perfectly and even the covered buttons fit the design of the main fabric.

What superb service. Pocketwatch Waistcoats received my enquiry about ordering an adult waistcoat and a child’s size to match and responded very swiftly, offering advice and providing all the necessary information to make ordering as easy as possible. They then proceeded to create absolutely STUNNING waistcoats (along with matching items) for my husband and son which we are delighted with! I ordered two made to measure waistcoats at rather short notice (10 days). Both arrived in good order three days ahead of schedule with a a personal text from the company to update me that they were on their way. It was also easy to get helpful advice from them over the phone.
