My husband ordered a Christmas waistcoat, we were contacted by Jeff to check size ordered and went with his recommendation to change it. Just over a week later the waistcoat arrived and it is superb. It fits beautifully and the quality is great. The bow tie and pocket handkerchief is also very well made. We are very pleased with the waistcoat as it is for a wedding. Great experience with this company. Would recommend this company without a second thought, excellent service and quality goods.

An absolutely wonderful and professional business to deal with. The waistcoat was beautifully made and even the back is high-quality satin. I even found a spare button in a pocket! Considering the waistcoats are handmade, it arrived quickly and communications were really good. I’ll be placing further orders!

Full marks yet again. After having a waistcoat and self tie bow tie several years ago from Jeff and Val, I didn't hesitate to order another for my daughters wedding, in fact I ordered two this time as I was lured by more than one cloth. Although close to the wedding date, Jeff and Val made sure I had them in plenty of time so as not to worry. They're a little more money than other sites on the net, but the designs can't be beaten. Five stars every time, and the fact that they have 100% positive reviews really does speak for itself.

Self tie bow ties that have a wide ranging fun element, a good colour balance, reasonable priced and are well made are difficult to find. But look no further Pocket watch has it all and more if match waistcoats are your screen then you’re in heaven

I have bought three waistcoats from The Pocketwatch Waistcoat Company, the latest being a Christmas special. All of the waistcoats are expertly tailored and delivered speedily. The service is always refreshingly personal. No automated robot emails, just simple responses from real people who care.

Jeffrey and Valerie provided another excellent service and product. this was my third order consisting of two waistcoats this time. due to my size I could not order from the web site, but Jeffrey called, took the new measurements and the waistcoats arrived ten days later. I have recommended them to my friends who are as equally happy with the products.

Very impressed with the very personal and efficient service. Within minutes of placing my order for a waistcoat and bow tie on a Sunday night, I had a confirmation text from Jeff thanking me for my order and letting me know that that they usually send orders out in about 7 days. 4 days later he emailed to say that he was going to post my order and it arrived the following morning, exceeding expectations. A very high quality garment as expected.
This is a Christmas gift for my husband, so cannot comment on the fit, but as we have bought one from Jeff before at a Christmas fair years ago, I am sure that it will be perfect!

I recently ordered some holiday bow ties from the company. Before placing my order I had submitted an inquiry and received a timely answer. A week later I placed my order for some ties and pocket squares. Before the day's end, the seller had contacted me to let me know my order was packed and on its way. I must admit that I was a bit nervous, but a few days later I had high-quality ties and a new clothier to add to my index in London
