I have been playing Pogo games for 20 years, long time. Don't care about points or prizes, etc. Just want to play Spades and Poppit. Yesterday the games stopped showing the full picture. Can't click PLAY or anything to advance the games. Can't see the bottom of any game!!!!!!!!!!! Are they trying to force me to pay-to-play, after all these years??

I have been using pogo for about 6 months and everything was running fine until September of 2025. When I try to cash out my earnings, been trying for over a week, I am not getting a verification code. Customer service says it's an issue on my end but it definitely is not. I will be unistalling the app and never using it again.

They will not honor or reward your game achievements, even if you can prove you’ve done everything right. I just finished the last game I’ll ever download from these scammers. As others have stated, they mysteriously stop tracking your earning progress and you end up just wasting your time trying to hit the goal.
They will give you very small amounts (the first achievements that you hit) but anything larger (as the reward points reach higher amounts for completing higher, harder levels) they will refuse to credit you for.
Really wish I had read trust pilot reviews before I wasted my time.

If I could, I would leave you a negative 1. This company is a scam. Everything went good for a few months. Then all of a sudden , my cashouts were becoming complicated. I started to have to wait 3 days. Then when you have to cashout, you have to take a picture. Pogo came back with another lady looks just like me. Are you serious? I look like someone else. I had to verify my account again. We got the whole issue settled. Then today I tried again to cashout, and again it said under review. PEOPLE STAY AWAY. THIS IS WHAT THESE SCAM COMPANIES DO.

Do not trust Pogo
Do not trust Pogo. As you play games for points and achieve higher payouts, the tracking mysteriously 'disconnects' and Pogo won't honor the payout even though the requested back up is supplied. They have a one 'manual' adjustment per game available. Very unethical company.

It is literally the worst money app I have ever used. I tried verifying my “face” after finally getting $5 after like two weeks of begging this app to work. Pogo is rigged, I don't know why. It's bizarre. Reach a rating of 12 in Canasta and you won't get any red 3's or jokers.
Unless you know how to cheat the timer...
I have a list of those people, I just don't play against them. After more than 10 years, playing idiots, I'm still rated a beginner.
