It’s a scam

It’s a scam. It takes forever to build up points, if they ever actually give them to you. Receipts often get rejected because they’re “missing the date or vendor” when it’s clearly printed on the receipt and clear in the submitted photos. The time limits to reach goals that are actually worth much are impossible and most never actually get credited. I’ve completed goals and never received credit. Usually they tell you it’s your fault because you must be using VPN or not allowing tracking. I received points for half of the goals I completed and then it just stopped. I contacted customer service and they told me there must be a delay in it updating and it continue to play to reach the next milestone. I already finished all the milestones, sent a screenshot, as requested and just keep getting the same copy paste response of “you’ve encounter a rare problem of it not updating, keep playing to reach the next milestone.” There are no more milestones, it’s been a week, it’s not updating. I’m not going to keep playing if I’m not going to get credit. All these apps are the same. The glitch half the time and don’t give you what is promised and the rewards are super low and not worth it to begin with. At least with Fetch you actually earn rewards and when there’s a problem, they address it.

I've had no issues with this app. I love it!!

I've not had any issues with Pogo so far. The ads come from the games, unless you want to watch ads to earn more credits. I love the games they have. There are a variety of them.

I've only been playing/using the app for just this past week, and I just successfully cashed out $11.22 to my PayPal account. No you can't get rich from these types of apps, but you get extra money if you already love playing mobile games. Also, I work a full-time job that is very busy. So I only have time to play on nights and weekends.

This isn't the only app I have that you can play games, surveys, upload receipts (never had any issues with that on here), and I love it.

For the Pogo team, I see that you are hiring Product Designers. While that is not on my real resume at the moment, I know how to put a website together (I'm working on a new one now). I plan to showcase my creative resume/designs through my website.

I'm a very talented designer with many different ideas. I've always had an amazing and creative mind. My background includes extensive computer knowledge, but little to some coding. It would be incredible to share my ideas, and help improve your app with more ways for your users to earn money. I'm pretty positive I can help revamp/redesign your app, which is something you are also looking for.

I would love to share my website with you when it's ready. I'll include the link with my contact information when I apply for a remote job. This would be the perfect job for me, and I could be the designer you need if you like what you see.

I'll be in touch! In the meantime, I have no idea why everyone else seems to have so many issues? Works great for me.

Pogo has been really patient with me and their support team is the best!!

Pogo has been really patient with me. I've had problems scanning reciepts and unlike the hassle I experienced at CoinOut POGO has been super nice and helpful and points have added up quickly and smooth thus far. Thanks to the support team for always getting back to me and accepting my reciepts!!! I like them far better than CoinOut who let me get to a $60 reward and then booted me for a legit receipt!! POGO is fair and helpful.

Games are clearly rigged

Games are clearly rigged, especially the card games. If a player has a lower score than me, it is almost guaranteed they win (it favors the underdog rather than going off of skill). I think they have low scores because they leave games early. I am tired of playing rigged games that don't allow me to win the majority of the time. I only win if my opponent has a higher score than me to begin with; the pattern is painfully obvious (my son figured it out). Hard to get a hold of customer service or create tickets (through EA games, their parent company). Some cheaters just sit there and wait for you to "stand" or leave game so they get the winning points (on untimed games such as Jungle Gin). Lost tons of gems due to having to close one acct and open another. They couldn't just let me change my email address on the old acct. I love the games on there but it is very frustrating knowing they are rigged. Closing my account with them.

There is absolutely no customer…

There is absolutely no customer service. I paid a yearly fee and the rewards I won don't work, the games don't load. I thought it was my computer but I found out otherwise. The only thing they do right is charge your credit card every year. I go on here to reduce stress and all I get is stress. It's useless for me now. Finding another game site. So much more to add here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

horrible company

I'd give them a zero if I could. The games constantly glitch. You pay extra for extra content and when you ask them to either fix it, or refund you, they'll tell you there's no refund for purchases and by the time the issue is fixed, your purchased content has expired. Once my subscription ends, I'm not renewing and going to Steam instead.

Games are set to beat you when a challenge is running. It is very frustrating to pay for a game and not have fair play. I don’t want to win every time but when you see a pattern you know you are being cheated so you keep playing.

A long term loyal subscriber

A long term loyal subscriber, annual subscription paid by direct debit. Out of the blue, asked to sign in, entered the correct information & then told I would be emailed a verification code - after a three hour wait absolutely zilch appeared. Quick enough to take customers money but appalling communications. After 17 years, no more.

If I could give it a 0

If I could give it a 0, I would. I received messages in my inbox from Pogo.com letting me know that they granted me gems totaling over 2200 gems because of all of the trouble I was encountering on the games on their website and I login the next day to only 10. The day before that players weren't allowed to spend any of their gems and that is probably why. They were probably taking all of the gems granted to the players, that were having the problems in Merge Academy, back. I just want them to do the right thing and return them to my account. I have been to the help desk to no avail. I was awarded gems 3 different times between 2 days. If only there was a way to get into my account and it would probably show that they were given and then taken away. I have the screenshots of the messages that were sent to my pogo account letting me know that. They basically stole from my account.

Don't waste money on POGO

Well, yesterday players were unexpectedly given gems. Then they were prevented from using them. Now that have taken them and more from everyone with no explanation. Games aren't loading nor functioning properly. This site has become a greedy nasty experience, it is no longer fun nor relaxing to use. I've been a paid member for 19 years!!!!

Waste of Time

Full of ads which I'm willing to watch in lieu of paying for the site. However some of the ads fail to load or even finish playing properly which forces me to reload the page and sit and watch another ad or partial ad. And then sometimes multiple reloads are required.
They have added a new ad that blocks access to the lower 10% of the screen which is where a lot of action buttons are located. This is likely the final straw for me.

Beware taking surveys and uploading Bank information on Pogo

Beware taking surveys from Pogo, especially Bitlab surveys. 60% of the surveys will not award points. You will spend you time taking the surveys and they will either kick you out in the middle of taking them or at the end. I have contacted both Bitlab and Pogo and they have stated that it is due to technical errors on their end and there is nothing they can do about it. Pogo refuses to add points to your account even after I have showed them my screenshots with the opened surveys that were not awarded points, not only that they get annoyed that you are asking them for help. ALSO DO NOT LINK YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH POGO. I LINKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND IT WAS HACKED WITHIN 2 DAYS, I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF TAKING DOWN MY ONLINE BANKING AND THE BANK HAD TO SEND ME ANOTHER CREDIT CARD.

Too Woke for My Taste

Looking for chat with lots of senior citizens? Want your chat limited to menus, recipes, and the weather? Pogo is the place to go. Any subtle mention of politics will get you banned. Mentioning the word gay in a non-offensive manner will get you banned.
The games are becoming more difficult. You can purchase cheats for the games. But beware, the cheats cost more than the $6.99 per mo. membership and if you get banned for one of their minor infractions, you lose your investment.
I am taking a pass on this site. It is way too woke for my taste.

I am happy that my previous review was wrong

So, I recently, and perhaps prematurely, gave this company a negative review. I was not getting any replies about my issue, and, very unlike me, let my frustration get the best of me and I left that review when I was frustrated. So, I found out that the issue I had was beyond their control, the technical difficulties that they had were fixed and I did receive a response today that the problem was corrected and my issue was sorted out. Thank you, Emily from Pogo for getting back to me and let me say, I personall have never hadany issues with thembefore and will continu t b a happy user o their platform
