Don't even try!!!! It is not worth it!!!! It is a waist of your prescious time. They lie when they tell you the length of time for each "mission"/survey. And 99% of the time the "mission"/survey, either kicks you out or states that you don't qualify to keep going due to your answer, but the worst part of this, is that it happens after you have spent over 5 minutes answering their questions and you don't get points for the survey.
This happens 99% of the time!!!!
This is not worth it!!!!

The site and surveys look nice and are easy to navigate but several thousand points seem nice until you read that you need at least 25,000 in order to redeem. Surveys range in points and you only get the full amount of points if you completely qualify. There's a lot of lost time when you're midway through a survey and you end up with 12 points because you're not what they're looking for. I don't know why they don't personalize surveys with how much info you have to give them for your profile. All in all, if you want a very slow and casual survey site then go ahead and use them but I'll do one or two every now and then.

The don´t pay. Almost no survey, very hard to reach the payout goal. If you reach it they refuse to pay your money.

Total waste of time.

This place is a F*****8g rip-off! You do the surveys and they never pay you, it is always "pending" Do not use the place!!!

They used to be good. Last night I took a survey for an hour. It verified that I earned over 5200, but it never showed in my activity. I wrote to them, and they indicated that I screened out in 3.36 minutes. If that is the case why did they confirm I earned it, and why did I end up taking this survey for one hour? Some groups start out doing really well...and then it goes down. If you want a really good one...try One Opinion.

PointClub paid me 25USD, they don't scam me for sure,they just sent me payment on 04/01/2021

UNBELIEVABLE that there is NO WAY of contacting point club at all. I couldn’t find a way to call or send them an email on website. What lousy client service, they stop people from contacting them! I thought this was a legitimate survey site.
I earn money from different websites for more than 5 years and this is the first one with no support at all. Nice shady appearance with no Contact details.

I promise, if I could give 0 stars I would.This website is trash it doesn't work. My computer would be fine, but as soon as I got on their website it froze I would refresh but it would just have the loading sign.Today I went to see the cashout options and when I clicked it all it did was freeze and sit there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & ENERGY!!!

Used to sort of ok then went downhill. Now takes anywhere from 8-12 weeks to clear some survey points. I don't want to wait 3 months after finishing a survey for credit. Finally got enough points to credit and requested my Walmart card. Took 3 1/2 weeks to receive that!!! I stopped for now. I may look at the site again next year to see if it has improved.

This is the legal money-making Web. I received 5 USD 25 payments to my wallet.

This site is a joke, but not a good one.

You spend a lot of time answering the surveys, and its very hard to reach the payout goal.

Once you finally try to cashout your money, they simply refuse to pay.

No answer to e-mails. No Contact. No Cash.

Terrible support if you need it, and you will. Canned email responses, they don't read your questions or problems. help (at)pointclub.com. doesn't work. support (at) pointclub.com does.

This is the worst survey site around. I have been waiting for months for them to approve my point so I can cash out. Previously they had never paid out on time and gave multiple lame excuses. The most recent one back in March was due to covid-19. I work with several survey sites not one of them used covid-19 as an excuse. Is there anyone out there who can help me get paid or do I need to seek an attorney.

Of all my years doing surveys for several panels, I have never seen anything like this. Upon completing their surveys I have to wait for over 8 weeks for points to be approved and upon made a $25 PayPal redemption they hold on to my funds, put a -23,586 pts balance on my account then state that incorrect credits were found to be added in an error to my account and that the cashout I did use those extra points. How could that be possible? when I have to wait over 2 months for points to be approved to make a redemption then saying those points were added to my account by error? Very Dishonest Panel avoid, they will find some excuse in order not to pay you or to block your account.

I have been filling in surveys on this site for over a year. Everything was fine at the beginning. But every single time you try and cash out, they drag their feet and you have to get in touch with their customer service to remind them. Than after another few days or so you send them another message and usually after jumping through this hoops you get paid directly into your PayPal account . This time I tried cashing out on the 13th of May. A while later I send them a reminder as always( never have been paid without this) and waited again. Yesterday after checking again my PayPal account, nothing.
These guys are just the worst people to get your well earned rewards from.
I am now seriously considering to pass it on to my lawyer, since it is not about the $ 25 anymore but the fact that they never seem to pay you without all of this hassle.
I have send them two reminders and still have not any response.
Avoid this scum at all costs. There are plenty of good sites put there. Do not get scammed.

I´ve been registered to pointclub.com since more than a half year.
It´s really hard to get points and surveys.
This wouldn´´t be the real problem, but if you finally reach your payout goal and hope for your hard earned money,
the simply don´t disburse.

So as the other bad reviews assume, the just don´t pay.

Despite the overall bad ratings at trustpilot.com i decided to give them a fair chance and registered myself at pointclub.com

This was quite easy and i immediately got my first surveys. At first it was a quite positive experience, i earned a lot of points,
and got a lot of surveys.

So i quickly reached the payout goal.

Then the trouble began...

I i patiently waited for my cash out, but in vain.

Then i wrote several mails to the "support" but with out an answer.

The end of the story ; The simply deleted my account and the cash is gone.

Moral of the story: Pointclub.com is just a waste of time.

This is by far the worst survey site.

No surveys
No Points.
No Payout.
No Support.

= Just terrible.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but not anymore. I have been owed a payment since 3/20 and have had every excuse given to me but the bottom line is no payment. It is amazing that this company has not been shut down and a lot of people held for fraud just like they do with any other company that conducts business. I will never waste my effort and time again nor should anyone
