Almost 80 % 1 Star ratings on Trustpilot speak for itself.

They just a scam website and they won´t pay.

I can not tell anything good about this site. You don´t get your money. All you hear are just excuses from them why they won´t pay.
If you reedem your points they accuse you of cheating and close your account. It´s just ridiculous.

THEY ARE 100 % PURE SCAM.

They lie. and they don´t pay. You never get your hard earned money
it´s just a big waste of time Would give -5 stars if i could.

I cashed out my balance in June (!!!) and haven´t got my paypal reward yet. The support is not answering. My other pending points are still not approved (after almost 6 months !!).

I can´t understand how such a site can exist.
This site is 100 % pur scam. They don´t pay your money. They don´t answer mails. Just a total scam !!!

Don ´t register to pointclub.

I hope this site will go bankrupt. They don´t pay you your money. If you write a mail to the "support" they don´t answer, or if the answer they lie.

Takes a lot of time to get the needed points to reedem your cash.
If you reedem they don´t pay.

So 1 star is far to much for this site.

This site is the worst survey site on the net.
No payment, no customer support just a waste of time
They only want (and probably sell) your private data.

1 Star is way to much !!!

I earn money from different survey sites for more than 15 years.
Sometimes they payment took a litte bit.
But this site by far the worst.
Once your surveys are "approved" -which takes months(!!!!), you can "reedem" them. But you never get the money.
The support is not answering or if they answer they accuse you of cheating...

So don´t ever use Pointclub. It´s a scam.

The points are worthless. You can reedem them, but you don´t get paid for your work. The support is not answering. Total waste of time.

Pointclub doesn't credit my points after I complete a survey. It took three weeks in June and only after I wrote a negative review on survey police that they credited points into my account, and this was only partially. They also claim to feature Amazon and Paypal when they offer no such rewards.

I have been a participant for over two years and during that time Point Club has progressively gone down hill. Since they changed the site it is very difficult to qualify for points and on many occasions when I have completed a survey the points are not awarded. It takes FOREVER to get credit for completed surveys. Too bad I use to enjoy participating but will do so no longer!

It takes way to long to get paid on this site! The points that you acquire from each survey must be manually approved by someone, who works there. The process is extremely slow! I had surveys points pending for months before I got credit. It also takes way to long to reach the $25.00 minimum. It took me at least a whole year to reach the $25.00 minimum even though I was doing surveys on there every week. Don't waste your time with this site like the way I did! There are much better survey sites out there that will let you cash out with a $10.00 minimum, or no minimum at all!

So it’s true Pointclub pays out VERY slowly, but that’s not why I’m giving it one star. It’s also true it’s finicky about counting that you logged in for a particular day, but that’s also not why I’m giving it one star. (Multiple times I’d actually do surveys yet not have it count...I finally learned the only thing that matters is viewing the particular page that shows your log in progress. You’ll get a pop up message and it’ll show that day in the list if it actually counted.)

I liked Pointclub at first, but I’m giving it 1 star because after a while, after they were stuck paying me decent amounts, they suddenly started locking my account with no explanation. Writing to them, they’d claim I had “rushed” through surveys...now bare in mind I take this seriously and am not trying to “cheat”, and am a member of numerous other services, some of them for literally 15+ years, and have NEVER had anyone else claim this, nor had any problem like this.

My account was reactivated and I literally started timing my surveys by what the site claimed they’d take. Regardless, they locked my account a second time.

Either this service is a scam, or they’re simply incompetent. Given other reviewers I’d lean towards scam. Either way, there’s plenty of other services, and no need to deal with this nonsense. Just avoid them and stick with a service that will actually pay out and not “mysteriously” make up excuses to lock up your points.

I have been a customer for around a year now. I had problems with them before, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. But they have proved me wrong. I have reached the goal points+more, (25,838)now they say pending and will not give up gift card. Even did another survey to see and finished it, but did not receive points. This site is a big RIP OFF! They just use you for the surveys but do everything to not give you your reward by setting you back or "pending". Someone needs to shut them down. Do not waste your time- they will rip you off.
