Always my go to japanese seller
Always my go to japanese pokemon card seller, their shipping and packaging is fast and well protected. Also have great promotions, and prices are always around the market price. So I ordered the 3 Pokemon Centre special boxes and at first I was worried especially as it was my first time buying.
But the company sent out an email detailing everything about how and when the products were going to be shipped, this filled me with much confidence.
So October 8th comes along and I happily received an email detailing that FedEx had my package and needed me to pay a customs charge (yes I was aware a customs charge was needed, do your research before buying) and I received it today, it was super well package and everything looked amazing!!

They just canceled my order. Ordered 27 solosis123 card like a week ago for 2300huf each, the order was canceled and the price went up to 5700huf.
I dont think it was a fair move, big no for me in the future. Ohh and they gave me 1000yen.. thanks i guess..

As mentioned at the time of cancellation, there are rare cases where, due to a system error, single cards are listed at impossible prices. Because we handle such an enormous number of singles, it’s unfortunately impossible to eliminate these errors completely.
For that reason, we regret that large-volume purchases exploiting such glitches must be canceled.
However, as an apology, we always issue store credit for future use upon cancellation, ensuring that our customers never incur a loss.

100000% scam untrusted thieves
They are a scam ordered 1k of booster boxes and they sent boxes of loose commons. The package was held and they emailed me to get it and had to pay another 240 duty just for a box of commons. Don't buy anything they are just a 100% scam.

At our store, we only source from trusted suppliers who conduct thorough inspections to ensure high quality. In addition, once products arrive at PokeNin, our specialized staff inspect each item individually to make sure we deliver only authentic goods. Most of our products also have barcodes attached, allowing us to trace which supplier they came from. If a counterfeit item is ever received, customers can send us a photo of the attached barcode so we can request stricter inspection from that supplier and continue our efforts to eliminate counterfeit products.
However, in very rare cases, a counterfeit may slip through all of these inspection stages.
Even in such cases, please rest assured — if you provide the barcode number, we will compensate you with either a refund or a replacement.
For anyone reading this review who has received or is worried about receiving a counterfeit product, please don’t worry. If you contact our customer support, we will make sure to assist you until the issue is fully resolved.

Ordered from France. Fast Shipping, great protecting and subtle packaging. My package was torn (by pushing with a finger) on the side to see what’s inside but all was hidden careffuly. Impossible to have a look.
I recommend 100%. Clearly a serious company
Do note, for French customers, you will automatically pay VAT at 20% of your total order when arrived in France if (Insurance+Shipping+Products+Tips) are above 22€.
And administrative fees in addition if above 150€.
