Pokeninjapan is THE BEST
Everything I want is readily available on their website. No more searching stores, or going out early for drops. I can just order through the website whenever I want more! Pokeninjapan sends packages costing 500 euros without a signature required. My package was left on my doorstep and then stolen. Despite countless messages, Pokeninjapan refuses any kind of goodwill gesture and tries to discourage me by sending responses that have nothing to do with my request. They refuse to even open a ticket to help me handle the issue with FedEx. Exorbitant customs fees must be added, which are not explicitly indicated at the time of purchase. Avoid at all costs, or pray that there are no problems with your order.
Update almost three months later: no more replies from them to my messages, and I have lost more than 500 euros.

However, there are a few points we need to clarify.
First, we always ask our delivery partners not to leave packages unattended. However, we’ve confirmed that in many cases—especially with FedEx—packages are left unattended regardless of value. Please understand that Japanese delivery companies and local couriers abroad operate almost like separate entities, so close coordination is often difficult.
If you’re concerned about this, we recommend using “hold at location” or specifying a delivery date and time when the courier contacts you to ensure a more secure delivery.
Also, it is not possible that our customer support did not contact our delivery partners in the event of a loss. While theft after unattended delivery is often not covered by any carrier, we would never dismiss a case without creating a report or confirming the facts. At the very least, we always do our best to help resolve the issue.
If, after investigation, the shipment is confirmed as delivered to the correct address (including unattended delivery), then—even if additional insurance was purchased—under the trade terms, it falls outside the responsibility of both the carrier and ourselves. In suspected theft cases, please make sure to contact your local police.
For those reading this review, please note that several fake PokeNin websites have recently been found.

I ordered the Glory Team Rocket Case
I ordered the Glory Team Rocket Case, unfortunately it was not clear while ordering that taxes wouldn't be paid by PNJ, as they prefer to make the buyer has hidden charges, (mine was an extra £56) if it wasn't for DHL, I wouldn't of noticed. The base did arrive and was packaged safe and secure. Without scratches or anything missing, sadly I will not be purchasing from PNJ again, but it you do, please be aware you have to pay for your item, shipping, insurance and taxes. And taxes will be more than I paid of you're American for example. I respect the team at PNJ but this hurt me, unexpected fees, probably my own fault for being dyslexic.

Very Impressed with Unininjapan (Union Arena NGE)
I actually ordered on Unininjapan which is the site’s Union Arena products. Overall I was incredibly impressed with the pricing, shipping, and delivery of the product. The order arrived within 5 business days which is incredible coming from Japan! It was wrapped in bubble wrap and kept safe with air bags on the outside of the box. The booster box was unopened and contains the correct number of sealed packs. I am a longtime fan of Neon Genesis Evangelion and was incredibly excited to order the Japanese version of the product from here before the English release. I will definitely consider reordering from here in the future especially considering the excellent customer service and fair pricing of product!
