Great service
Great service. Quick effecitent delivery. Very well packed inside the box as well, protecting the goods. Some times a bit pricey compared to other Japanese sellers but not by much and am overall happy with the service.

In addition to what is written in the PokeNin policy, we clearly notify customers on the cart screen and checkout screen that customs duties, VAT, and other fees may be required. To make sure nothing is missed, the notice is placed at the very bottom of the page, highlighted with a colored frame, and also displayed at the top of the checkout screen when you proceed.
It seems you may have overlooked all these notices, but PokeNin never charges any fees that are not clearly stated in advance.
All details are written in our policies, so if you are concerned, please contact customer support or review the policy again before making a purchase.

the experience in remarkable with their service and products. The products that they sell were way better in price. For example a terastival festival box is Rm438.15 currently when i am writing this but the price they sell is Rm365. Also they are based in Japan so you won't need to worry about the fake resealed items. I order a pre order for the set m2a when they are having a black sale and the cost was only Rm 381. The one downside is the shipping fee costing 71Rm but i understand because it is from japan. Their services a very quick and really easy to understand. They will always reply back to you in under 24 hours, not like those sellers in other apps like shopee or amazon. Their website is very easy to look at and pick your items. You just have to click and add it to your cart. Lastly just do chekout. Simple as that. Also there is no advertisment on the website covering it. They also give me a free ar or chr when it was my birthday. I really enjoy the experience and i hope you as a reader take it in too.
